Good for a slim belly but need patience as the results are not quick.
I thought to give it a go and found quite interesting. Although it is important to have a slim belly to make it effective, which I have, in order to dream of the six pack. I have been using this a couple of times and I am not certain at this moment whether it works or not but certainly after a couple of months I would then be able to comment on this.

This is great for working your muscles 💪
I got these to help work on my stomach muscles and it has 6 Modes & 10 Levels. And i cant get passed half way yet as its infense but hope to work up the modes as time goes on. Definitely feel the difference after using it. And its so simple to use. Would recommend

Do not stick to you even the new gel that came with it don't work.
