Solid bench, vertical position pin hole is off centre.Easy enough to assemble but need to pay attention to the instructions.Not that wide a bench for comfortable press positions, compared to gym equipment.

I read all the reviews for many different benches and I thought I’d take the chance on this one.Firstly I think the one I received had previously been returned by another customers, it’s also missing a grip for doing dips. It also seemed dirty when I opened the box. The bench doesn’t seem very stable and I would worry doing HEAVY weights, lucky I’m weak!! Also it feels slightly short in length, I am tall and I struggle to get on and off comfortably between the length and the potential lack of stability.Despite saying all this I will keep and use the bench.

I received the black one in the last photo, as far as i can tell it's the same as the red and black one just different colours. Came well packaged was easy to put together and is of sturdy construction but light enough to move around easily. Would buy again very pleased with my purchase. Prefer this over the 3 benches I've bought in the past at a similar price point even the one by York.

Does as expected. Good quality. Self assembly in about 30 minutes.

Reason I purchased this one was due to the dip handles, that allows you to perform dips as well as the usual bench press. However, shocking stability as bench looks to topple as soon as you try and perform a dip. The bars are not secure and feel like very poor built quality. Also, some of the nuts where missing when putting together, and box looked like.it had previously been opened. I suspect it was a previously returned item. Seller sent generic email asking to.contact them direct if any issues rather than leave bad feedback. So I emailed on 2 separate occasions, and no response. Very poor customer service as well as product. Overall, I said I wanted to return this item, but seller choosing to ignore.

Great value bench, really sturdy and stable but lightweight enough to move around easily when needed.

Box arrived unsealed, so much so the delivery guy had trouble handing it over to me without the content spilling everywhere. The instructions were terrible but managed to get it together only to realise we were missing a nut. Item not like the picture. All the photos show a red/black weight bench that looks sturdy. The very last photo is different, this is the bench we recieved. Overall not really impressed but its manageable for what we need. Waiting to hear from seller about sending the missing nut.

This product came to me smelling of petrol. Why? I don’t know I’m still waiting for the smell to go. If I can work with or work out the imperfection of a product I don’t return it. Nevertheless you should check the petrol smell for the future. Other than the smell of petrol the product works fine. Thank you and best wishes.
