can i use it immediately after purchase via code or do i have to wait till it physically arrives?

I have waited because you need the card or the # off the back of the card & security code in order to present to cashier or enter onto your smartphone app for online orders. Just my experience.

When will the cards get loaded? They are currently at a $0 balance and I can't see where to contact the seller.
