A great pre workout especially for the price! More than enough caffeine and a decent serving of beta alanine, need to top up the creatine with another another 3g when using this but more than a lot of other pre workouts give you !

The taste of cola is good, a hint of chemical but better than most other taste pre-workouts out there, for the price its not worth the way it works though £10 is great for what it does but If it starts getting to 15 and 20 I'd rather buy a bad taste brand that works better.This isn't to say this is useless or anything but no means I rated 4/5 mainly for taste but if your new to pre-workouts this is probably a good starter for you.edit- The one thing I forgot to mention is the product doesn't need Sucralose or Maltodextrin if it has Stevia in it as the Sucralose and Maltodextrin will cause insulin resistance which in turn will prevent maximum muscle gains, insulin resistance inhibits muscle growth and has a bunch of other health issues with it. If they can take those ingredients out of the product at the very least Maltodextrin the worst one of the lot.

So good better than the other tanked smash.Highly recommended
