International Inductive Study Bible: New American Standard Bible Hardcover – January 1, 1993

This Bible is out of print . I bought one years ago & it has duct tape holding it together. I bought a second one to use & I wrote in all the margins & used highlighter throughout . I wanted to replace with a 3rd that is clean so I could re-read Bible without pre-suppositions from earlier Bible study days. I wanted this Bible specifically for many reasons. ( I have many many bible translations for study over years) This popped up in used & I ordered it with fingers crossed as description sounded good . It arrived and I am more than pleasantly surprised . Best book values /Catherine Pankratz sent a fabulous copy! I’ve been busy looking thru it today having coffee with Jesus ! I would buy from her again!

Quite a large study book. Seems to be quite extensive. I am enjoying this book (Bible) also.

I was so happy to have this Bible again! I bought one of these when they first came out & used it in my Precept classes. My previous copy got ruined in a house move. This is the only Bible of mine that has ever happened to, since I treat them as my treasure! This is the 1977 NASB, which is the same as my original. This copy arrived in 2 days & looked brand new! It also was much cheaper than my original copy-yay! Thank you so much for bringing my old friend back to me, original cover & all! I felt like hugging it when I opened the box! Yes, I certainly have other Bibles, but I was still overjoyed to be reunited with this Bible! Highly recommended!

I have been a preacher for 15 years, and have been using this Bible for just as long. I recommend it to anyone who is serious about Bible Study. This is the only "true" study Bible I have EVER found. Most "Study Bibles" are what other people have studied, and not really designed for your own personal work in the word of God. I love this Bible because it has huge margins for cross referencing and making notes. It has plenty of spaces for you to put chapter headings, and make notes embedded with the text and at the end of each book. It is excellent for marking, and holds the colors very well. It's manufacturing is high quality and will last a lifetime (with perhaps getting it rebound every 20-30 years or so). I prefer the 1993 version over the newer, because of the text and the larger margins. However, either one is better than any other Bible you can get on the market. This bible helps you do the studying on your own. It doesn't do the studying for you and want you to accept everything commentary has to say. In this Bible, you do the studying, you take the notes, you write the commentary. I have bought this for myself, as well as a copy for each of my two children. As I, and they, grow older... I hope it is the most cherished gift that I give them.

The 'Inductive Study Bible' whether 'international' or not is an excellent Bible. The only difference with the 'International' edition is that it is much larger, with about an 1 1/2 of room on the side for notes.I bought mine used for $25 dollars and it was in excellent shape. The reason for the 4 stars instead of 5 stars is because I think a 4 star review might have a better chance of being read than a 5 star, and I wanted any prospective buyers to read this and realize that they can get this Bible cheaper if they buy it 'used'. It is an excellent Bible.

This is the first Bible I have owned in the NASB version and I have to say that so far I am really excited about it! The Bible is easily read and I feel there is an additional insight into God's Word that I have not previously known. This Bible is of high quality and I expect it will outlive me! I have never been one to write in a Bible but the wide margins are made for note-taking and I am actually writing my daily Bible reading in the margins so in subsequent years I can read the entire Bible in One Year from the notes I have written in the margins. I am very pleased with this product!

I love this Bible! I've had mine for at least 10 years now and have enjoyed it immensely! I bought this one for a new believer whom I am discipling. I also like this particular Bible because it has the old update from 1995, as opposed to the newest update. I'm not sure if re-marketing the NASB was the reason for the newest update, but from what I've seen, the changes in the words are not crucial, and at this point, the word changes just mess with my memorization :)I strongly recommend the International Inductive Study Bible (NASB)! And while you're at it, find a Kay Arthur Study near you and go to it! If it wasn't for Precept Ministries, I don't think I would be as strong a Christian today (25 years later) as I am. I'm still pumped up about the WORD, and the Gift of Teaching that God gave to Kay Arthur has a whole lot to do with it!I got this particular Bible on Amazon for an amazing $20!
