They are amazing! I ordered three to hang on my walls and they look expensive and refined!!The only thing is, I really couldn’t work out how to hang them, the little hanging appliance on the back is flush to the back and so I ended up putting them on small adhesive hooks.Regardless they look brilliant and I’m very happy with them!(Taken approximately a week to arrive, for your reference!)

I bought the 12x12 frame for 8x8 photo (including the mount) as advertised. Good quality frame and arrived quickly but the mount opening is 8x8 which is too big for an 8x8 photo. The description says "Please note that a 0.5cm will be covered around your photo so as it can be placed behind the mount" but the opening is 8x8 so it doesn't actually allow that 0.5cm. So although it says it is designed for a 8x8 photo, it is not and my picture keeps slipping out from behind the mount. I also hadn't realised but my IKEA frames have an off-white colour mount and this frame mount is definitely white white (as advertised) which washes out my picture a bit, I just hadn't realised this was a bright white. None of the quality issues reported by others (no bumps, scratches, damaged corners etc and the front is glass). So good quality frame but mount not as advertised

Whilst the sound is good from them. there are 4 area's that need improvement:1. Noise cancellation. Does not work that well. especially when walking2. Connectivity. Pain in the *** not that simple. very frustrating at times3. Controls. So sensitive that it adds to frustration4. Information leaflet. here was no insulation cover shown. Still not worked out where it is!Overall, when it works its good..but you might get frustrated with some features

Genuinely can't fault this product at all. Arrived quickly and well packaged, glass was a little dirty but cleaned up easily and it looks really good up on the wall. Really good value for money.

A great quality frame. Sturdy. No marks. Neat inset. Arrived promptly and well packaged. Would buy again.
