This is the best brand, it's great. It's the best for dr davis yogurt recipe, it turns out perfect yogurt every time.

The probiotic stain seems strong enough to work, it would be even better with no fillers even if refrigeration is required.

Bacteria was DEAD and inactive, could not make yogurt.
Tried to make yogurt with with this 3 times and the bacteria is completely DEAD and inactive. I would not waste your money on this. If you want to make Yogurt, buy the trusted L-Reuteri brand BioGaia.... they ship LIVE bacteria that actually works. This one was completely DEAD for the shipment I got, wasted a lot of time and money with Toniq. I did an identical recipe with BioGaia and the yogurt came out beautifully.
