I've been searching for a womans multi vitamin for a while now. After doing a lot of research and comparisons, I chose Elite Life. I wanted something affordable and well formulated. I have to say, after only 3 days, I am THRILLED with this product! I can already feel the difference in how I feel! I've had no issues with stomach upset and there is no taste at all. I have increased energy with no jittery feeling, have been sleeping better and have an overall feeling of wellness. I know, it's only been a few days, but I haven't changed anything else, so it must be the vitamins! I really hope that I'm not going to be disappointed. I just wanted to write this review because it really started working right away! I will write another review in a week or two to report how it's going!

I chose this multi vitamin because of the types of vitamins used, for example magnesium citrate, Methyl B vitamins, etc. They use quality ingredients/vitamins that are easily absorbed by the body. They also use minimal extra ingredients like kale, berries, etc. I have an autoimmune disease so too many ingredients tend to cause me flare ups. With this multi vitamin I have not experienced any flare ups. I showed this multi vitamin to my naturopath doctor and she liked what she saw and told me to continue with it. I also have a genetic inability to use/process inferior B vitamins, so my naturopath said the B vitamins in this multi vitamin are the ones I should be consuming. So I have been happy with my choice. I stopped this multi vitamin for a couple days for some medical tests and I could tell the difference, I started to feel super sluggish and achy without it. So I will continue to buy this product!

I have been trying these vitAmins for a couple of weeks now and have noticed a changed in my energy level. Now I am a skeptic by nature, and it may be something to do with spring coming......I think these vitAmins have made a difference in my day to day life however. I have Hashimoto disease which makes it difficult to sleep at night and menopause too adds to my new friend insomnia😕. Lately though I am getting more sleep and not waking up so groggy. I am hoping it is not just spring but the vitamins! I am continuing to take them!

There’s really a lot of multivitamins to chose from, and I’ve always been bad at taking vitamins. I decided to give these a try because I love this brands biotin vitamins. I’ve noticed a huge difference since I’ve taken these. I take 2 pills every morning before I go to work, so far I’ve noticed that my skin is less dry, I do have a bit more energy I don’t feel as sluggish all the time. And most importantly even though this may seem tmi to some but I’ve noticed that my periods have become regular. I’ve always had mine 3-4 months apart for about 4 years now which has always been annoying. But since I’ve been taking these I’ve been getting them monthly, nothing has changed other than me taking these daily. Not sure if another brand would have had the same result or not, i really don’t want to switch brands and test it out. I’ll be sticking with this one.

Since I start taking this multivitamins I've been burping and leaving a bad taste.

I ordered these cuz I felt my old brand wasn’t working like they used to. I have a lot more energy now. Only thing I can say is it turns urine to a real yellow color.

I love, love, love this product. Easy to swallow, no strong smell and works fast (to me). This will be week two in taking the vitamin and I must say that I’ve been boosted with energy. Being as though I am anemic which means low blood levels, I’m always tired along with working and going to school full-time.I am now able to complete everything without being drained.I think I’m going to do the monthly subscription. :)

I was searching for a women's multivitamin with methylated B vitamins when I found this product. I was dedicated to the same brand of plant-based multivitamins without realizing it lacked that one very important aspect.Elite Life has kept my energy up, I have not gotten nauseated from them (huge perk), and I just feel better overall after using them for a month. Definitely worth the leap!
