Lifeline Handles
These handles work great. Lifeline resistance bands are really nice to use. Good quality.

Works for me
My dog chewed the original handles and these fit perfectly. I miss the soft part of the original handle, but I won't complain. These do the work just as good.

Very Good Handle Set
Very good handle set for resistance cables. I have these grips sets up with 50 pound resistance cables anchored into cedar logs in my utility, bath room in a smallish cabin. As you can see from the picture, they don’t take up much room. The secret to mounting cables into handles is stretch cable until it will fit into the slot. Once in, Paul the cable and it settles/locks into place. Grips feel fine. I am pleased with and recommend the product.

Makes Bands Comfortable
Comfortable to use, I installed another brand of bands using knots. Not as pretty but serves the purpose.

Updated but disappointing
The handles are larger but the method to insert the weight bands is a major challenge. The old style handles and weight bands were an inclusive unit that was better. These have been around since the 1980s and were better back then.

THE BEST HANDLE FOR RESISTANCE CABLES
I have had the same handles for 5 years with 40lb, 60lb and 80lb cables. Key part of workout with spinner and elliptical. Bought the same set for my son. Don't know why health clubs don't use these instead of flimsy nylon grips. Prefer the single cable to multi cable handles. Highly recommend. Use with inexpensive attachment to secure to door to add variety of exercises.
