We are foster parents & we bought this to keep an eye on our 4 year old foster daughter while she's in her bedroom. This camera is...okay. Well, the camera itself is actually pretty great. Great video quality, easy to install, very cute and the hardware itself seems to work great. HOWEVER, the app that comes with it is frustrating at best. Even with a great connection, it's a crapshoot on whether or not you'll actually be able to see the camera. We get constant network errors/network is busy when trying to view the camera. The app also crashes a lot, or it will load a blank/gray screen where the camera view is supposed to be. If the app worked, this would be a 5 star review.

The model and the shape of the camera looks fantastic, now if it only worked properly. I understand it's only 2.4 ghz compatible, and I've tried it with multiple 2.4 ghz routers, however it keeps losing connection regardless. After resetting it over a dozen times, I gave up. Some people say they have had better success with running it wired, but sorry I purchased a WiFi camera for it's WiFi capabilities.Also the software is extremely sketchy. I scanned the QR code that comes with the instructions for the Android download, and my tablet went berserk and alerted me of multiple malware warnings in the .apk file. The software that is available on the Google Play Store is not compatible with most tablets, so you have to take the risk of installing the .apk from their website, red flag much??? Considering the server is in China, I was extremely skittish, so that was the final nail in this products coffin for me. When I purchased a WiFi security camera, I wanted to feel more secure, not less secure... Needless to say I will be shopping around for another WiFi camera that does not lose sync and connection every few minutes, and has safe reliable monitoring software.

Great product, although a little quirky. It is pretty obvious that the folks that designed and packaged this product do not speak English as a first language, but the directions are still clear and will get your device setup quickly. There are a lot of features that don't seem to be mentioned in the directions, but which you can find by going into the settings of the app. Examples being timers, motion sensor alarm notifications and automated recording. It also switches between normal camera and Infrared automatically as the lights dim.

I thought this would be too good to true, but it does exactly what it says it does! It took me a few tries to set it up, but once I figured it out, it is perfect. Better than the $200 Summer one I had before this.

Still trying to figure out how to setup. The box looked like it had already been opened and there was no directions inside. The power cord is also really short.

This is a good product but the manual that comes with it is no good at all. You can tell that it was written with Google Translate. It's filled with grammatical and spelling errors, some of which make it hard to read. There's apparently two versions of the manual because a week after I bought it I got an email with a revised manual. The revised one wasn't much better. It lists a totally different app to use than the paper manual that comes with the product too. The app seems to have a lot of features that aren't explained in the manual. The manual tells you how to get to some features, but doesn't explain what they do. The main one that I don't know is the "Binding Memory" feature when pressing the plus button at the top of the screen of the video. I have no clue what it does.

We got this camera to keep an eye on our very destructive-out-of-anxiety dog. He escapes his crate and we couldn't figure out how, and he rips up the carpet in the room... This camera has given me the ability to ease his separation anxiety by talking to him when hes having an attack. And he thinks Im right there with him! My only complaint is that it sometimes gets very delayed.... When he is scratching up the carpet, i go to speak to him and i hear it come out seconds later--once it was far too late and he got the carpet pretty good. This works as a good temporary solution until we can find something that will calm him down without me having to stop and talk him through it.
