There are actually different models of this brace
Be advised -- there are at least 2 different models of this brace. The original brace has Velcro straps that offers significant adjustment options, and the "updated" version, that has different straps with a more limited adjustment range. Initially I received the "updated" version and it was too small for me. The company was VERY responsive and immediately sent me out a free replacement -- the one with the Velcro straps. That one works better for me.

Good customer service
I got this to correct my posture and help alleviate pain in my upper neck and cervical spine. The back cross-strap is just the right height on my back and the Velcro straps are easy to adjust and not too uncomfortable. The company was very good about sending a replacement for the first one I ordered which was too tight. They even got back in touch to make sure it was working out for me. I like how I can wear it doing daily tasks and it corrects my posture.

Buyer Beware
BEWARE. I ordered the product and when I changed the size to "L", it completely changed the product. NOTE on the ordering screen, if you change it from L/M to L, or M, the product changes. The products are not anywhere near the same configuration. I have a broken collarbone and must be able to apply and adjust this myself. The front adjustment configuration is required for my injury as I am unable to move the broken shoulder. When the product changed, it negated the usefulness. This is unethical. The seller should pay Amazon for a new product page if they wish to offer other products. Do not change the product on subsequent ordering screens

stiching issue
The device has two straps for tensioning. Each strap has a loop at the end. The stitching on one of the loops failed immediately. See photograph. Product returned for refund.

Works for me
This product keeps my back and neck from getting tired as quickly during the day. Exactly as described, came early, kept me updated by email.
