I bought it for my wife. I got to borrow it for a few days as I want it to compare this with the one with neckband. Pairing both the devices was really straight-forward...just follow the little instruction booklet. The sound quality is pretty decent with good enough bass. The device worked for 3- 3/5 hours continuously and the charging pod technology is brilliant and easy (unlike the neckband).My wife and I are opposite on the type of Bluetooth we use. Honestly, I am happy with the neckband headset as resting the headset on my neck while not using is not bothersome to me but my wife doesn't like to rest the headset on her neck. Thus this works perfectly for her and I am glad about it.... :) Just make sure that one is disciplined enough to always place in the charging pod when not using....

Initially, I was absolutely in LOVE with these earbuds. As a recruiter, I am on the phone all day and hate the corded earplugs, so having these earbuds was a saving grace. The sound quality was phenomenal and the price even better since I didn't want to pay more than $100 for earbuds. I guess you get what you pay for because I bought these in August and in less than 2 months of having them, they went bad. The earbuds would make a really loud noise and I would have to disconnect with whoever I was on the phone with. I guess I was disappointed that the return window was only one month as I would have loved another pair. I'm just not sure that I want to go through the hassle of getting another pair and them doing the same thing and then I 'm stuck.

I've been using these 6 months now, so I feel like the "newness" has worn off and I can give a fair review. Overall, tremendous value here.Sound: If accurate sound representation is your concern, these headphones are great. For earbuds, the bass is about the best I've heard. For headphones in general, though, bass is weak. That said, mids and highs are all very clear and bright. Range is about 10 feet. These earbuds NEVER experience the random disconnects that most other bluetooth headphones seem to have.Mic: The mic quality seems to be highly dependent on the phone. I had a Moto X Pure with Bluetooth 4.1 LE and the mic was just barely usable. People often asked me take off the headset. When I moved to an Essential PH-1 with Bluetooth 5.0, the situation changed completely. People do know that I am on a headset but clarity is great and nobody has ever asked me to remove the headset with the new phone.Comfort: I have sensitive ears, but I can wear these for 3 hours without my ears bothering me.Battery: Seems to me to be longer than the claimed 4 hours. I'd say more like 5 or 6 hours. I don't listen to music very loud, so that may affect that number. I tend to use these in short burst. So the case with integrated battery is perfect. I charge that about once a month!Weaknesses: If you forget to turn the earbuds off and put them in the case, they will randomly connect to the phone (usually during a call). When the headphones are connected to two devices, and then you do a normal disconnect, they seem to intermittently require manual connections to one of the devices. If you have them connected to just one device, you won't run into this issue at all. I do not like the bright flash every 15 seconds when they are in my ears. I've been told I look like a robot. All very minor issues at this price point.

I love the utility, the style, the Paring, the battery life and design.After hours of listening to many different types of music, I'm pretty eclectic, I've decided, unfortunately, the sound quality isn't as good as 15 dollar wired earbuds. The apple wired earbuds that most people are familiar with sound much better. The bass in these wireless SUPOLOGY Sport in-Ear Headphones wasn't noticeable until I played with my phone apps EQ settings I'm 40+ years old and don't like crazy rap or hip hop loud bass, I just want to hear all the levels of the music properly. When I had adjusted it to hear the bass, that sound was fighting with the highs so the sound would fade in and out.If you are listening to podcasts or don't mind music that is mostly highs and mids, these are would be great for you, especially at the price.

The dock included has its own internal battery, meaning once charged you can recharge the earbuds on the go without another source of power.The earbuds also snap into the dock due to being magnetically charged so they wont fallout of the dock in your pocket.

The Bluetooth did not charge properly straight out of the box. I always charge my Electronic devices straight out of the box before using them so when I saw that the light was not blinking, I figured they were already fully charged which seemed strange but also great at the moment but when I went to use them at work I was highly disappointed because they worked for about 8 minutes and then shut down from “battery loss”. So when I tried to re-charge them it would charge for about a minute and then stop charging altogether. This was very disappointing because of how excited I was about these headphones in the first place. Sadly I have to return this product and I never really return products from Amazon, I usually have a good experience dealing with Amazon but I guess I have to be a bit more careful with my online purchases.

Ok I wanted to like this product and for the amount I spent on it its just a big let down. it has one main button in the center of each ear bud. you press and it should come on but it takes a long hard press for it to do anything. It is supposed to auto pair and it does not I spent an hour just to get it to pair once and then after five min it disconnected and I have not been able to pair it again. You can not tell if the base is charged or if the ear buds are charged that is another frustration. and lastly the sound it is low and it is wavey from one ear bud to the next one will be super loud and the other super quite and then it will crackly and wave between the two and it is very obvious. The buds also pop out of your ears even in the correct ear. Overall I wish I can get money money back and choose a different product this one is a big F .
