Incredible Clarity and Isolation for Competitive Gaming (Just Add a Good DAC)
I bought the TRUTHEAR x Crinacle Zero:BLUE2 IEMs to use in a very loud eSports arena while coaching my team at our State Championship, and they absolutely delivered. At first, I was a bit hesitant because the volume coming straight out of my PC’s motherboard 3.5mm jack was pretty low. The IEMs sounded clean, but not nearly loud enough for a noisy competition environment. The key discovery: these need a decent DAC to really shine. Once I paired them with a proper USB-C DAC, the difference was night and day. Volume, dynamics, and clarity all came alive. So if anyone thinks they’re too quiet, don’t blame the IEMs—add a quality DAC and thank me later. With the right source, these are phenomenal for FPS and competitive play. They isolate extremely well, making background noise in the lab and arena virtually disappear. Comms are crystal clear, positional audio is precise, and most importantly, footsteps are incredibly easy to pick out. The dual dynamic drivers provide clean lows without muddying the mids and highs, which is exactly what you want for tactical awareness. Build quality is solid, the detachable cable is a big plus, and comfort is great for long sessions. For anyone serious about competitive gaming, coaching, or eSports environments where clarity and isolation matter, these IEMs are an outstanding choice.

I highly recommend the TRUTHEAR x Crinacle Zero BLUE 2
Excellent comfort thanks to TruthEar and Crinacle thinning the nozzle. The included ear tips are great, the foam tips are recommended by Crinacle as they help keep the treble from being too bright compared to silicone tips. The fit is great, I find the included foam ear tips in small or medium sizes work best for me. The cord is a good length; it isn't too long or too short, just right for an IEM. The functionality is excellent, the IEMs sound great, and it's a huge improvement over the previous TruthEar Zero Blue. These Blue 2 have superior sound quality, better imaging, a larger soundstage, and most of all are still an excellent value. They cost far less than the Moondrop Blessing 3 but are about 85% as detailed. The build quality on the Blue 2 is excellent, far better than I expected given the incredible value and price point. I highly recommend the TRUTHEAR x Crinacle Zero BLUE 2.

Best headset I’ve had in a long time. And least expensive.
I’m incredibly picky when it comes to sound - these IEMs sound amazing with a good quality 3.5mm to USBC DAC ($15 add on) on my iPhone. I’m hearing details in songs that are completely lost on Bluetooth headsets due to compression. They’re super comfortable, high quality and beat any Bluetooth headset. I wore them on my flight today and they actually cancel out the noise even though they’re not ANC. I have a high end ANC I always wear on flights but did not feel the need to use them. I’m using an XLR converter/amp to connect them to my bass amp / pre amp and they sound amazing! Non regret purchase.

Bulky size. Clear, clean audio when paired with JM6 Pro adapter.
Size: 3.5 of 5. Very bulky compared to other IEM. Fit: 3.5 of 5. The provided ear tips work but may not be the right fit for everyone. With a good fit, most external noises are suppressed/blocked. I think a primary issue comes from the spout size as it is larger than many IEMs on the market and could result in feeling pressure/fatigue from its excess size. Audio 4/5: Clear, clean. The quality of recording is distinguishable. If a track is high quality, it will sound like it. If the quality of recording has other noises (background, hisses, etc), it may be more noticeable. Cellphone Audio with JM6 Pro: Audio sounds good. I don't notice much difference when compared to Akoustyx R-120 (used with USB-C audio cable, no adapter). Comparison: When compared to Audio-Technica ATH-M40X and Sennheiser HD 6XX, using a Schiit DAC and Amplifier, Blue2 (w/o JM6 Pro) sounds recessed and not as pronounced/clear. There is a price difference between all of these, with Blue2 on the lower end. It's not 1:1 comparison between this line up; however, I hope you find this useful.

For those with fit worries...
I want to start off by saying that overall the iems deserve a 5 star in itself. The cable is nice and sturdy, it's lightweight, and has a very universal sound profile. Great for listening to music, watching movies and gaming. Truly worth the value. BUT! I am personally not a fan of the included eartips. I don't really like the foam tips since they can deteriorate and eventually leave foam particles in your ear canal and that's a nono. The included rubber eartips are too "grippy" and are painful for me personally. If I had to describe it, i'd say it makes my ear feel like it's being burned/irritated. very unpleasant but it's an easy fix! I swapped the tips with much softer and smoother "rubber" tips from my 11 year old sony earbuds and now they are much better. If you're considering these i'd definitely reccomend a different set of ear tips. Over all like i said a very well deserved 5 stars. And with the eartip dilemma having a solution, no reason to deduct any stars. Buy them with a set of tips, you won't be disappointed.

Nver tried IEMs before, I made the right choice with these ones.
Very good sound, extremely happy with its comfort and quality, I use this everyday for work/gaming and I'm in love. Make sure to get a DAC for it, as without it the sound quality drops by a LOT if you dare to plug it directly to your MOBO. This is a personal gripe due to the way my current setup is done right now, but I wish the cable was just a tab bit longer, other than that is just... PERFECT.

Budget-friendly IEMs—gamers & iPhone users, look elsewhere. Mic & volume controls? Useless.
Fit is adjustable. There are multiple ear tips to choose from to suit your ears. I got the version with the mic, and the volume control does NOT work with the iPhone 15 Pro Max. I tested both the Apple 3.5mm-to-USB-C adapter and the JM6 Pro dongle—recommended by Crinacle on his channel—but the volume control was not functional. The color is like a gradient of the Blues and Reds from the previous IEM models. Build quality is very good—cables, IEMs, packaging, etc. The reason I’m giving this such a low rating: I believe either TRUTHEAR or Crinacle didn’t even test the mic quality. Nor did any other reviewers I’ve seen. I used both the Apple adapter and the JM6 Pro dongle, with no “bass booster” attached. I bought this because it was advertised as a gaming IEM with a mic… Nope. You’re essentially mute—when you crank up the gain, the other end hears only noise, not your voice. In the end, both the volume control and the mic are technically non-functional. It does come with a mic/volume control cable and a regular cable. So now, I am just using the regular cable. Honestly, if you already own the Blues or the Reds, you don’t need this. To me, they sound the same—and I’m no audiophile to notice the 0.01% difference in sound. Unless you have smaller ear canals, these might be more comfortable for you than the previous Blues and Reds IEMs.

Really great and worth the price.
These are the first $60+ IEMs I ever bought and I'm loving them, I can turn off the EQ in my iPhone and they sound great by themselves, I only use the Apple dongle and even though you may need to increase the volume slightly than regular earphones but any smartphone can easily drive them. I got a pack of original Comply foam eartips and they help seal and improve the audio, and the Bass Booster plug is really good, the sounds feels warmer without feeling muffled or distorted, quite amazing if you are looking for a bassier sound if you like it, but the main sound signature is great, for content, music, and even gaming, the sound is bassy and punchy but clear enough to hear audio cues in-game. The construction quality feels sturdy and well detailed, the colour part is texturized and its even iridescent, it seems to go from blue to violet, kinda like the wings of a morpho butterfly, so it is a quite cute detail, overall great IEMs and a good investment for people who wants overall great sounding earphones for everyday use.
