Easy to use, good quality.
This was bought to rebutton a two seater setee. Easy to use. Would have liked it to have been in a container so no-one gets hurt by it. Maybe something the manufacturers could think about. It is a good quality needle and I would recommend immense this product..

perfect for sewing through deep layers
I have a foam seat pad which I needed to re-cover. So to replace the buttons top and bottom I needed this long needle (which is double pointed) to push the thread that joins the buttons. It is the perfect tool.

Glad to have this!
I use this to upholster cushion buttons on my sofa if they pop off.The needle is quite thin and I understand why other reviews have had it break. That being said, it works for what I need it to do and I just take my time with it! Glad I have it and very affordable

Essential for upholstery, handy for 'extreme' sewing.
Invaluable for achieving a professional upholstery finish. Sturdy high quality needle and a must for any upholstery work, repairs or any well stocked sewing room. The size, length and quality of this item also makes it handy for all sort of other tasks such as making chunky beaded Christmas garlands.

It snapped!
First time using, the needle was fine. Although not easy to use with having sharp points at both ends, especially through thicker items. The second time I used it, it snapped. This was whilst attaching buttons to caravan cushions. Obviously disappointing. Ended up using a vintage needle that didn't have sharp points at both ends, it was much smoother and easier to use.
