Great Balls of Fire

I bought this movie for the music, and let's be honest - seeing the scene where he burns the piano in HD is almost worth the cost of the whole blu-ray. But what is not worth it is watching the rest of the movie. I totally had NO idea that the real life Jerry Lee Lewis married his 13 year old cousin. Seeing an old guy seduce, make out with, marry, and have sex with what legitimately looks like a 13 year old is just nauseating. The scenes are not graphic, but they are sickening. Yes, it's real life. But I can't watch it. Save your money and don't waste an hour of your life seeing something that you just can't un-see.

A movie very worth seeing.Dennis Quaid does a job of acting the role of Jerry Lee Lewis.And they did something most biographic movies dont... except what needs to be changed,they made his history amazingly true to life!

Dennis Quade BECAME Jerry Lee Lewis in a way Hollywood rarely achieves. and excellent retelling of a very complex man who lived life on his own terms. (and still does to the best of my knowledge.)

the digital music is great, and does the movie, and Jerry Lee justice

Case came broken but however blueray disc was not scratched , lucky me had a dvd case book with few dvds and extra sleeves so It was salvaged able.

Came promptly and in good condition. Enjoyed very much. Much more of a comedy than I actually remembered or the times have changed so much that it just seems that way. I am going to buy more of Jerry Lee Lewis's music since watching this. I have watched it 3 times since buying it.Thanks,C.D.

I been lookin for this movie for some time now. Dennis Quaid & his take on The Killer may have at times seemed "clownish" as one previous reviewer indicated but some how I think the ESSENCE of JLL was captured. Keep on going Jerry; and Dennis, well, in my opinion you nailed this mad music genius and gave him a face for those unfamiliar with the Great Ball of Fire. Well Done!

I see another reviewer had the same problem as me. The MOVIE DID NOT WORK. I did receive a refund but it was a slow process. I do want to order it again from a different provider but I am afraid to go through the same process again.
