I bought this for persistent hip joint pain. The orthopedic said I needed a hip replacement for bone on bone, which I really want to avoid at age 62 with an athletic lifestyle. I have only been using this for 5 days, but it really seems to be helping. My pain is reduced by at least 50%, even though I stopped taking Tylenol, and my limp is almost gone. I have been drinking lots and lots of water all day to enhance the process and taking 3 pills spread out over the day. Lots of rest, too. I don't really get joint pains but not sure if it's because of the acid.

I starting taking this supplement to help with my hair growth and knee pain. After 1.5 months I have not seen a lot of improvement on the knee pain, I have some baby hair coming so it may be doing fb something there. The true difference I see is on my skin, it looks so beautiful and bouncy, plumper and already younger than just a month ago! It has taken a few years off my skin so far, I amLooking forward to continue this supplement that is really easy to swallow.

You can def tell a difference in your skin but it has helped with my dry eyes and also my joints to be more comfortable.

Didnt seem to make any difference in my joint pain. Maybe I was just not taking it long enough? For the cost though, not really worth it
