I've been using the keyboard and mouse for the last 6 months. No issues so far, battery life is really good. Changed the mouse battery once. The keyboard is nice, small and sturdy. Typing experience is good. No connectivity problems. Although it may not take keyboard input at once when you plug in the dongle but using the mouse solves the problem otherwise you can follow the user manual.

Update: 20th Oct 2023: The keyboard and mouse stopped responding, I m guessing there is something wrong with the receiver.In order to claim warranty we need to fill a form online and ship the apckage to them. It is a tedious process but nothing out of the ordinary. Similar warranty claim process for many smaller companies.Old review: This is a genuine review but a real human who bought and will be using this device. I believe in giving reviews to companies that are doing a great job and Portronics is one of those companies, they offer decent quality at a good price.Keyboard:This is being typed using the amazing keyboard while not a mechanical keyboard there is a decent about of travel and a satisfying feeling when typing. The keys are silent and that is something that is helpful for work keyboard which is what this is going to be, I love it.For context this is coming from someone that uses a variety of custom mechanical keyboard with the highest quality keys available in the market some being imported from Europe.While not a mechanical keyboard the keys have travel which makes a lot of difference and there is a push back that I can feel on my fingers, one con would be that the keys aren't as soft to press so finger fatigue will be an issue at first, but you will adjust to the strength required to press these.I will be using this keyboard roughly 12 hours a day.Mouse:The mouse is very quiet, but you can feel the clicks, obviously not in comparison to a gaming mouse but compared to normal mice available in the market the devices are really good quality. The mouse seems to have a feature where it auto shuts down after a while of inactivity and the best part it snaps back to life the moment you click.The devices are good enough that I want to do a review on them and let everyone know how good these keys on the keyboard feel and how good the mouse is.I unfortunately missed that there were different colour options available and chose something that pops but isn't matching my setup but it's all good. The quality is really satisfying.Almost forgot the combo comes with two AA batteries which I highly appreciate. I would have had to run out into the rain to grab AA batteries otherwise.Love what you guys at Portronics are doing. Keep it up.I will update the review after a few months IF anything changes.

The media could not be loaded. When I decided to go for this combo, for it was aesthetically pleasing and compact, as I wanted, I was a little concerned out of negative reviews.However, I decided to go for it regardless of apprehension, and I don’t regret it.This is a really beautiful combo. I received the batteries along with it, though I wasn’t expecting those. The packing and quality was also nice.The keys are butter soft. Keys don’t make any sound unless you intentionally hit them very hard with your finger. Mouse too is silent.Anyways who knows how to type gently can see that this keyboard is making no unnecessary sound.I don’t think its a device for gaming, and no one is claiming that. It can be good for office work, if one likes this compact and elegant type. Otherwise, for home or travel use, its all good.Dongle is working seamlessly. Sometimes when I insert some other bluetooth or wifi dongle in other usb port, this combo stops responding due to interference, but you just remove and reinsert it and it starts working fine. And that too isn’t something that happens frequently but once in a while.Overall, I am pretty happy with this product. This is my 7th day, and I have no intention to return it because it gave me everything that it promised.If something goes awry, I will update the review. But for now, my verdict is: go for it.

I ordered the Portronics Keyboard + Mouse Combo, but the mouse I received is defective and damaged (see photos attached). The mouse body is broken and not properly fixed, so scroll wheel and special buttons do not work.The biggest disappointment is Amazon’s packaging quality. For products worth even ₹500, Amazon usually provides an extra protective Amazon cover, but this one was sent only in the Portronics box without proper seal or safety packing. There was no Amazon seal, and I can’t even be sure whether the product was tampered with during transit.Being a Prime customer, I trusted Amazon for safe packaging and quality checks. Sadly, this time I feel let down. If this is the service for Prime customers, I worry about the experience for others.Amazon must ensure:Tamper-proof packaging for electronics.Proper quality checks before shipping.I hope Amazon improves its service, because this experience was very disappointing.

honest review. Keys are b=very compact and cause trouble cuz very compact keyboard. smaller than regular size. quality of material is also low. the keys dont feel comfortable to press and quality and be felt. also not silent keyboard. Dont expect much from this piece under 1000

Shift key position was not same as in the image. It was swapped with prtsc key.Keyboard is good. Keys are smooth. Lightweight.

At this rate good product but only works for 2 years
