Good quality pure coarse salt. Moreover, it's Kosher, if you need that certification. Good quantity of salt for the money. The salt always pours cleanly, no lumps. Good taste of pure salt. We put the salt directly on the food when cooking, but for table use, we put it in a salt mill to grind it finer and it works very well.

Great salt with a fine texture and many uses. This winter I have even used it to melt ice on my deck and walkway . Safer for my dog than chemical ice melting .

I use this for canning. After you adjust a bit for flakes vs crystals it works better than canning salt. It works very well in my fermenting jars as well as in sealed Ball canning jars.

I didn't think I was a kosher salt snob, but I am. I tried another brand and it just tasted bitter. Totally sticking with Morton's forever. It gives me the salty flavor I want but nothing else.

big thing of good salt. careful if you're making the transition from table salt to this because it works super different, wish it was a little finer but this is my first time using it so I assume it's supposed to be like that. also don't be like me and rip off the pour spout by accident (pull gently from the top to make a spout)
