These guys have excellent customer service! I bought one of these for my nieces and one for my daughter for Christmas. The material is very strong and is like indestructable I swear .. my son wasn’t paying attention and literally went flying into this and snapped some connectors and bent some poles. Naturally my daughter lost her forever lovin mind that her castle was in shambles, I thought for sure the fabric would’ve ripped. But to my surprise it didn’t even pop a thread. I contacted the suppliers through amazon and they were more than willing to replace my bent poles and broken connectors and give me a few extra should it ever happen again. I wasn’t charged a cent for replacement parts or for shipping which is amazing considering I live in Canada. Thanks so much Pericross ! I will definitely be making more purchases from you in the future. And I would definitely recommend this play castle to anybody. They are absolutely magical and so much fun. My Baby Girl Loves spending time in her castle playing toys, colouring, looking through books, and at night she loves to lay on her back and watch the lights we stung around the top bars inside. Truly a fun magical place for your lil one ! This has been a real hit with all they’re cousins who come to play. I don’t regret for one second buying this and my nieces are in there’s all the time according to my sister. This tent is quite sturdy. It has strong fabric and metal poles, which I like much better than plastic. The vertical poles are just short of 3 ft (when assembled) and the tip of the tent stands at about 4.5 ft. The set comes with a set of extra ties (From the same fabric as the tent), which you can use to secure the lights (tough I just wrapped them around the poles on the inside of the tent). My kids love it. The tent came quickly (I chose expedited shipping) though it came with 2 different lengths of poles, instead of 3 different lengths per instructions. When I assembled the tent, the vertical poles kept easily falling out. I contacted the seller, who responded very quickly and sent replacement poles with correct length. The assembly was fairly easy, though it would have been nice if the bundles of poles were marked as "A", "B" and "C", as in instructions. The tent has a pretty lace fabric and the lights are a nice accent. They are not bring enough to provide enough light in the tent at night, but they still look pretty and have a lot of blinking settings . Overall, I am very happy with the tent and the customer service.

I bought this for my four year old daughter, it's absolutely perfect and exactly as pictured. I strung additional bigger lights on it but the tent is great quality and is such a beautiful addition to my daughter's room. Pictures in the review were taken in the dark to show the glowing lights. The first shipment was lost by FedEx so the seller immediately responded to my request for follow up and shipped a replacement in time for my daughter's birthday no questions asked. This is excellent customer service and I am so pleased with this purchase and would highly recommend this gift to anyone.

Very easy and simple putting it together. My 4 yr old loves it. It can fit 2 adults sitting under it, I'm 5ft and her dad is 6ft, so pretty its roomy. We eventually took her toddler daybed mattress and put it under it and it fit, she loves sleeping in it. The lights are wire string but still does the trick with having a little light and it has about 12-15 different light settings you can pick from. Loved this all around. Hope you do too!

Make sure to measure your space... this thing is much bigger than I expected it to be. Not too hard to assemble...but does take some patience. I ordered a similar tent from another company and returned it because the rods were made of fiberglass and i read reviews about them shattering. This one has sturdy metal rods which makes me feel it's more stable. It is not convenient to break down, so for your own sanity, assemble it where you will be using it. It's very spacious, myself, my husband and our toddler were able to sit down inside together. I would recommend getting the hexagon shaped mat to go along with it, especially if you're using this on a non-carpeted floor. Love it!

My 2 year old loves it, especially the lights that are included. It was easy to assemble even with the poorly grammered and confusing instructions. Thankfully a picture was included to help guide us in putting it together. The poles are not labeled A, B, or C. So the only way of knowing which is which is by the size. I accidently use the wrong pole in the wrong spot because it got mixed in with the others. However it came out perfectly ! And its beautiful. Would have giving it a 5 star , if some of the words weren't misspelled in the instructions and the instructions were better written.

Smaller then i thought it would be, i could not fit in it all the way... about same size as all other children play tents I've had.... i thought it was going to be big.... i still liked it though. but after putting it together something was wrong.... i posted some picts .... not sure it i did something wrong or if i got a defected item.... tried contacting selling and had no luck so far.. sent a second e-mail today and will wait to see if i hear back... i will also state that it is a little flimsy.... i expected for the price that it would be super durable ..... i wouldn't let kids get to rowdy in it.. also the pools come apart easy,.. twice now when my caught was in it a pool came down on her. also when putting it together, the connectors were soooooo hard to put on... you have to practically for them..... some are not cut out right .... the connectors are plastic. not sure yet if i think this product was worth the money.. its cute....but durability and size was disappointing .
