Not too messy
They don't leave a crust on the pot bottoms like Esbit tabs do, however they do produce a fair amount of soot. So there is some clean up involved before going back in the pack.1 tab almost got 16oz to boil which is good in my book and these days, who actually "cooks" on the trail anymore. All you need to do is get water hot to rehydrate your mountain house or make coffee.Also, there is a fishy smell that is noticeable. Even through the packaging. It's not overpowering but definitely there.

Fast shipping
Everything was great. Besides one thing one of the cubes was sealed all the way. Otherwise fast ship,cheap , and over all good product.

holds fire, bit shorter than claimed and smells terrible
smells like shrimp? good enough to boil water but leaves residue all over your portable stove/cup

Great fuel tabs at a good price!
Ordered and tried this solid fuel out my family's last trip up in the mountains. The tablets worked great and were easy to use. They will work with plenty of different types of cooking or warming devices and can be used for a campfire or outdoor charcoal grills. The storage tray is durable which is a big plus. We got our fire going and we were cooking in no time!

Great fuel tablet
Great fuel tablet. I threw this in my backpack on our last outing and I'm so glad I did. Easy to use and got our campfire started with no issues. I'm definitely stocking up on a few more of these for next time.

Better than Esbit ?
I have used this product several times now and it works pretty well. Compared to Esbit, it works pretty well. I have put them in several of my Emergency kits for cooking and boiling water on the trail.

No mess or smell, fast acting
Great fuel tablet. Very happy with its performance on our last outdoor excursion. Dinner was cooking in no time and no mess or smell. Two thumbs up!
