These are not the plunge cut style, need a center hole to plunge
Needed metric for some metric screws etc., anything would do. The 2mm one was very easy to break. These seemed to work fine on aluminum, iron and mild steel. The economy inch set of end mills currently being sold for practically nothing is a better set in my opinion.

I SPUN THE WHEEL AND WON!
Was leary about wasting my money considering the number of people who had bad experiences with these flutes. I decided to go for it and take a chance considering the LOW price and I was pleasantly surprised upon receiving and inspecting the flute set. I thought for sure/high probability that I would receive flutes that where either out of round or have chips/imperfections on the flute surfaces. I did not find anything wrong with the product and when put to the test of surfacing a project of aluminum block everything came out perfect? I was overly careful in all aspects of the milling as I was for sure that something would go wrong with the flutes, nothing did. I am extremely happy ( and probably lucky )with my purchase . UPDATE. 12/6. Just purchased an additional set since I liked these so much.

One was damaged in manufacturing
All in all they’re ok but the 9x10x22x72 was overheated in the manufacturing process. It’s blue and purple in places. Also the point of transition between the shank and cutting surface is pretty gnarly. I would recommend spending a few more bucks and getting better quality. It is what it is. Haven’t used them yet, I only intend to use them on wood so they should last pretty much forever.

Artikel erfüllt die Anforderungen (Bohren in PE-Material). Problemloses Absenken in einer Standbohrmaschine auch mit niedrigen Umdrehungszahlen. Loch wird rund und präzise, keine Ausreisser, Blockaden. Was will man mehr? Bewertung beruht auf circa 100 durchgeführten Bohrungen mit einem Bohrer. Kaufgrund war der relativ niedrige Preis im Set, würde es heute wieder so machen.

きれいな穴を開けるために木工用として購入。エンドミルはドリル中心部に歯がないので、いったん3mmくらいの下穴をあける必要があるが、きれいな穴を開けたいときはこの手間を惜しまない。軸径の表示が小さいのでテプラを張った。木工用としては十分な切れ味かなと思う。
