I've spent a few days with this thing now and I can say I really like it. It's half the price of waterpik, and it's nice to save that money.Everything comes apart and goes together really easily, and the lid doubles as storage for the accessories.For me, the low settings are best. Don't go right into the high settings. This thing gets really powerful. Also do not use on the throat area. It'll hurt like a witch.And don't be alarmed if your gums do bleed a little. This thing is powerful and deep cleaning, and will probably disrupt stuff you didn't even know was still between your teeth or in your gum line.

The "pressure adjustment" dial is a joke. What's supposed to happen is that as you dial the spray frequency up or down, the pressure is raised and lowered commensurately. When you dial the spray frequency up or down on this thing, the pressure remains constant. Only the frequency changes. I threw it away. Nice try guys. Very similar to the original waterpik, except that the picks themselves are a smaller opening. You can use any original waterpik picks with this model. Dial isn't quite as forceful but that can be ok. Otherwise, happy with purchase.

Purchased Feb13th it’s now the end of April and it stop working. Come on and sounds like it’s working but no water comes out. I only put water mixed with a little Dr Tichenors mouthwash in the unit so there is no reason for it to go out. Very disappointed. Now I have to go back and purchase the more expensice one , which sucks because I only purchased this one due to price. At least the other last for 8-9 months before it goes out

It is compact and easy to use. I placed the largest bore flosser head on the unit and set the stream force to it's lowest setting and it made some areas of my gums tender. I cannot linger on any areas or my gums become sensitive. After learning that tidbit, I can control the force better.

I bought this eight (8) months ago, and was very impressed with the capacity and how powerful it was for a water flosser of this price. It certainly seemed like a terrific value for the money, but after only eight months it completely stopped working. I turned it on and got a moan—so since it’s too late to return I’ll just toss it!

machine is a little noisy but works great. Mine does not leak and only shakes when I it put it on the highest setting. I use a lower setting tho.

Keeps teeth clean from food particles and removes food from in between the teeth. Perfect companion to regular brushing. Large reservoir allows long and very through cleaning.
