Very clear video with no pixelation. It holds a great stable singnal at least 99% of the time. It has clear sound when talking at a regular volume. It regularly picks up sound from farther away but it just makes it sound loud and sharp not really distinguishable. The ability to see nearly all of the room is fantastic, but if its on a shelf or somwhere high it doesnt tilt down well so you cant look towards the floor. You can look all the way up to the celing and behind too. Honestly its great, however the app functions for recording and stuff are hard for me to figure out. It not impossible its just difficult. Ours is always plugged in and indoor so i dont know about battery life. There is no lag at all and the value for money is phenomenal! It was very easy to set up and quick to reconnect if you unplug it and move it. Absolutely recommend this camera.

I brought this Hugolog R6 camera to try to figure out which of our cats is having a good ‘ole time with some unauthorized peeing in our family room. I returned the first camera I purchased from another vendor on Amazon as I was simply not able to figure out how to install it. I was delighted to find that the Hugolog R6 was not only very easy and simple to install but their support team has been very responsive and supportive to the queries I’ve had. There are a lot of options within the features and settings to explore. The R6 has not only been helpful at providing some much needed detective work, but It’s also been a great help to be able to check in on the pets when away from home. The talk mode allows me to speak to them which is a nice feature. Two-way talking is also an option. If you don’t want to pay for iCloud storage, you should get a micro SD card which is what I did. It slides easily into the Hugolog R6 camera. The recordings/display are very sharp and clear for both day and night recordings. I’m a novice user and still learning but am delighted with our purchase. I highly recommend the Hugolog R6 Indoor Security Camera. Again, their customer support is very helpful which, as many of us know, can be hard to find these days.

So we've had these cameras a few days now. Started off with two now we have six I can say without a doubt this was worth purchasing. The camera quality is clear even when it switches to night mode, they're easy to control. The motion might seem slow but that doesn't take away from how well performed they are. Connectivity is simple and quick when you're first adding the device just click on add new device it'll instantly find that device and you'll be ready to go. You can also use them when not home long as you have wifi in the house your cameras will always be running. They're not to small but not to big either so they're the ideal size for us at least. You can set to be notified when they is movement and even track motion. I probably will update my review later because I have one outside watching the frontyard. I don't know how it will fare against the elements since I live in Florida and we're nearing the rainy season. But if it does hold up pretty well I won't make an update. But so far it's doing pretty well along with the others. In the photos you can see our kitchen, living room, laundry room and frontyard.

I ordered it on August 26th. It worked for a few days. I tried it on August 31st, and it no longer worked. And, it was for me to figure out why that was. All I could see on my phone, were payment plans. I signed up for one of them, using PayPal. Then, when I tried to use the app, it asked for my password, which I had, but it also asked for my "account". From the time I got the device, I was never told anything about my "account". So, I could not enter it. I tried entering my name, and email, neither worked. At the bottom of the payment plans, there was a phone number to call for problems. I called it, and listened to a list of products, none of which was mine. It said for all other products to email them. That was the end for me. I canceled my PayPal payment, and am returning the device to Amazon. I asked Amazon's AI, "Rufus', "Does it require a payment plan?" The reply was, "No, this security camera supports both cloud storage and a built-in microSD slot for local storage, and it does not require a monthly fee for basic usage." I think that is a lie. It worked a few days for me, for free, then it stopped working. So, I think the "free" claim, is B.S. (I really wonder about all the positive reviews for this product.) One more thing. At some point in my attempt to get it to work, it showed a long long list of products, asking which one I was concerned with. So, it is a big corporation selling many items, and this camera is just one of them. Great customer service, right?!!
