I dont have a gym membership, so I bought this to add to my collections in the house, tbh at first I was finding it difficult to use them ,but now I can't workout without them, it mostly got everything I need . Perfect for the price

Covers all muscle areas
Totally love this.had for 2 days and only just tried it.excellent for when I can't get to the gym.can add extra bands as I progress.does all types of muscle exercise.doesnt matter how tall or short you are as you can adjust the length .... only silly question I have is about the sponge roller ....take it you can put on bar for neck support ...please get back to me on this thanks

Good quality!! Just don’t think it’s for the vertically challenged
It’s good quality!!However when it comes to squats there’s little or no tension on it for me,And I got the set with 30kg resistance unfortunately I think I’m just to short I’m 5.3.Hopefully this will help you decide if you want to buy

Lack quality where it matters
Better than the cheaper resistance bands but they really lack quality where it matters. The clips are small and thin, the bar is really average and the foot holders aren't great either. They are slightly too long for some exercises and slightly too short for others. They're OK for warming up. Not sure they're worth the money

Great pole would buy again
Sturdy and well made no weak points fir the elastic as with cheaper poles
