Sturdy and so practical
my husband has received SO many compliments on his backpack with people asking where he got it! He loves it and says there is so much room to keep his books and journals organized! Would make great gift for the holiday :-)

Look like a student!
I teach part time at a community college and I hated using a tote bag because of the weight being distributed to one shoulder. I purchased this backpack and it was able to carry the HUGE amounts of paper and books that I need for all four of my classes. It's pretty compact so it doesn't take up a lot of space in my trunk or passenger seat and the many zippers allow me to use it as a purse as well (cell phone, keys, wallet, gum, etc.).I only stopped using it recently because I was told by my friends that I "didn't look like a professor" and the pitched in to get me (a pretty decent) rolling bag that I'm going to try out this semester. Though I have a feeling that I'll be pulling this bad boy back out next year!

I made a mistake; still a cute little bag.
(For those who do not feel like reading haha)BOTTOM LINE: not as big as I thought, bottle holders too shallow, but still a cute, well made bag.Let me preface that I made the error of not thoroughly reading the item description for dimension information. I solely relied on the picture provided for the Green backpack, which listed depth as 9.8 in. The dimensions written in the product description were more accurate (depth of about 5 in). For that I am knocking half a star, however, because having two contradicting measurements is confusing. That being said, this is still a wonderful little bag. The material feels very durable and thick, and the design is quite trendy feeling. The color is great and I love the charging apparatus. I have yet to test it out. I am taking another half star, because the "bottle" holders on the side are ridiculously SHALLOW. It almost feels like "Why bother adding them?" because it has been so useless to me. To each their own, but they definitely could be a bit deeper. They DO hold my TI-89 Titanium calculator, but I am not so sure I would want to keep my only calculator in there for someone to snatch it out while I'm walking.I orginally bought this to be used for university. It will be my first year attending, so I do not know exactly how much I'll be carrying. It's still not as big as I had hoped it to be.It does not fit a ~15 in laptop (though I was already considering purchasing a 13 in) and I'm a bit concerned as to how many notebooks will actually fit in the main compartment. Then again, I have yet to see how much I will actually carry.I am currently planning on toting a 13 in Lenovo, my calculator, phone, keys, lanyard, planner, wallet, some emergency ladies' napkins, earbuds, small MP3 player, my Homecube pencil pouch (sold here on Amazon; HIGHLY recommend), and at least one binder and a spiral notebook. I feel like all that should definitely fit (quite snugly...), and I am just going to keep testing it out.I will edit it this later on to make it a more informative review. That begin said, Students: if you're interested in a new backpack, I wouldn't pick this one if you're used to caring more notebooks like me.If it does not make the cut for college, I'm definitely going to put it to good use for other things like travel.

Just a couple complaints
*Edited to add; my husband has decided to return this in favor of a different bag. The charging port is too close to the pocket to even charge a phone while in the pocket, and the buckles in the front not lining up bothered us both.Overall the bag seems decent quality, and will work for the purpose I intended. I only have two “complaints”, and they’re in the photos. One is that the buttons on the front don’t line up right or something, which results in one of the straps/buckles to sit at an angle. This doesn’t effect functionality at all, just appearance, and honestly it’s just annoying. The second is that the side pockets don’t go down to the bottom of the bag, they stop wear the grey fabric stops, so they’re a little too shallow to hold a water bottle or the like.Overall, the fabric seems nice and thick and it has a good amount of pockets and space for the things you need to carry around.

Great book bag
Holds all of my stuff and I receive compliments all the time. This is not a miniature bag at all. I love this bag.

Amazing Bag
I got this bag because of the beautiful design. The portable charger port isn't all that useful, but I love this bag.
