Non compatibility
I bought a US to UK mains adaptor plugged it in to charge and it instantly shorted! I’ve sent it back. Actually no star! How ridiculous that I can’t submit this as a no star rating!

I recently purchased a DeWalt electric chainsaw from one of those Big Box stores. It was priced VERY seductively, and because my need for one was acute (leafy trees & early snow), I leapt before I looked. Turns out the price was for the tool only. Arrrrgghh. What good is an electric tool without a battery? And what good is a battery without a charger? My Big Box Retailer (BBR) was only too willing to provide those accessories-- for a price. Like double that of the tool. But Ahhh, Amazon to the rescue! This Battery and Charger Starter Kit is MUCH less expensive than what is on offer at my local BBR. It is compatible with my tool, Fast charging, and easy to use. Seems durable. Everything fits nicely together: battery to charger, battery to tool. I'm satisfied. Worked all afternoon clearing out the arboreal debris on one single overnight charge. That's a win.

I recently bought an off-brand dust-buster that uses an externally attached Dewalt-style battery, and this bad-boy works so well with the vacuum. So much better than the old Black and Decker all in one vacuum with a built-in battery (that is only 6 years old and won't keep a charge anymore...) This Dewalt battery and charger allow the vacuum to run for dozens and dozens of clean-up cycles before needing a charge. So recommended.
