MedeSheWomen's Christmas Long Sleeve V Neck Velvet Maxi Dress

This dress had an odd fit for me. I bought it for a holiday party and waited until the day of the party to try it on, unfortunately. I could barely get it over my head and the arms were tight. The ruched waist band hit me at a weird place across my rib cage and was suffocating me. I almost gave up on wearing it out because I didn't want to be uncomfortable all night, but instead I just stretched it out with my hands until it fit better. Once on, it was comfortable and flattering and I did receive a lot of compliments. I'm 5'8 and normally wear a small. I ordered the 4/6 so was surprised that it fit this snugly. Other reviews seem to note the same thing for the same size so maybe it's an issue with how this particular size was cut, so just something to be aware of if you buy.

This dress looked so good on for my figure. I typically look the best in a line dresses and this one works! Material is really nice too, velvet is not the cheap stuff. its velvet. You can dress it up with a statement peice and look like a million bucks!!!

This dress looks even better than the picture perfect for my Christmas party! However, it was way too small I couldn't even get it over my head!! I weigh 95 pounds and am 5 feet tall so I was very surprised maybe if it had a zipper I might have been able to make it work.

There is something a little magical about this dress. Without zipper or hooks it just fits. I am long waisted and a bit thick around the middle, but the weight of the fabric just skims over these issues. My arms are short, and the ruched sleeves are a great length. The neckline on me is low but perfectly modest. The dress is too long, but I plan to shorten it to tea length. I don't love the way the crushed polyester velvet feels against my skin (prefer cotton velveteen), but the flattering drape makes up for it.

This dress is like magic! It looks so beautiful on and would flatter almost any figure. I had been looking for a dress for a Christmas wedding and was very happy to find this. It's just right for a holiday party or for a wedding guest. Very festive, but no so fussy I can't wear it again. Fits like a dream and is very comfortable and stretchy. Love it!

This is a great looking and fitting dress. However, the nape of the fabric brushes the wrong direction. It smoothes upward instead of downward. This is something that bothers me as I have a seamstress in my family and know better. You may be fine with it. I am keeping, because I don't have another option.

Purchased this dress for my daughter to sing at Christmas and other winter events. It looks beautiful on her and the quality was very nice for the price. Ordered off of their measurements and the fit was perfect.

This dress was very pretty, just too big. The quality was great for the price. I may order again in a smaller size. It was long too. I’m 5’4” and it touched the floor without shoes.

I bought two...one for my daughter and one for myself. At first glance the sleeves look at bit dated in style but once on, the dress is lovely. Fits perfect. I ordered a medium and I'm 5'8 and 133lbs. The dress does run long and I'm not sure for a smaller breasted woman if it would sag in the bust.

It was expensive but it fit me well and it was a rich green.
