No, our products do not contain preservatives. To stay true to the original recipe, we cold-fill our sauce—which eliminates any need for additives, preservatives, or flavorings.

All of our products are manufactured and produced in Northern California. We are a proud Bay area-owned company.

The shelf life of Bachan’s is 18 months from the production date and should be refrigerated after opening. You can find the “Best By” date stamped near the bottom of the bottle.
