Smells great
These are really high-quality cinnamon sticks. I use them in tea and in food and the flavor definitely comes through. It comes in a reusable bag. The bag looks large in the picture, but it’s actually quite small. It does have a decent amount of Cinnamon in it but something to be mindful of. It has all the necessary certifications that I was looking for on the packaging as well. I love the smell of cinnamon and this one is definitely strong.

HUGE with a great taste and aroma!
I'm absolutely thrilled with these organic cassia cinnamon sticks! My first impression was, "Wow, these are massive!" Compared to the organic cassia I usually buy at my local grocery store, these are significantly larger. It's a huge difference!I purchased them specifically to infuse my cold brew coffee, and they did not disappoint. I used two of these hefty sticks in my 64oz batch of cold brew, and the results are phenomenal. The cinnamon flavor came through beautifully – sweet with just the right amount of spice, exactly what I was hoping for.The aroma is incredible, even before steeping. It's a rich, warm, and inviting scent. I can only imagine how wonderful they would be in a stovetop potpourri.Highly recommend!PHOTO: The big boy is from this purchase, the smaller one is from my local grocery store, both organic and both cassia cinnamon.

Safe Product, Great Price
There are roughly four types of cinnamon: Ceylon (true cinnamon), Cassia (Chinese Cinnamon), Korintje (Indonesian Cinnamon), and Saigon (Vietnamese Cinnamon). Cassia is the type of cinnamon this product offers. Of all the cinnamon varieties, cassia is the most inexpensive and by far the most common and the one most used around the world. It is known for being strong and spicy. This cassia is sourced in India. It arrived in an air-tight, resealable package containing a USDA Organic certification. On the bottom of the bag, there's a notice that the bag has been tested across 250+ parameters, for heavy metals, ETOs, and other harmful chemicals. There's even a QR code you can scan to see the test results of your batch (supposedly). I scanned it and it took me to a webpage where I had to enter the batch number from my bag. When I went to enter it, I noticed that rather than a specific batch of the product, it was instead looking up ALL cassia cinnamon. So, I don't think that the testing results are specific to my batch at all. Not a big deal to me, as I wasn't expecting to see test results for my specific batch. If you're looking for cassia cinnamon, this is a great buy. There are clear safety controls on the product and multiple contact methods listed for contacting the manufacturer. It is also less expensive than the cinnamon sticks you'll find at the store. The cinnamon I received is strongly aromatic with a spicy, cinnamon fragrance. This bag should last me a good, long time. When it runs out, I wouldn't hesitate to purchase from Spice Profile.

Good Clean Cinnamon
I’ve been reading a lot about heavy metals in cinnamon. This is a concern especially when I have small children in my household. I would gladly pay a little more for peace of mind knowing that this cinnamon has been lab tested to make sure it is safe. It has great fragrance and is high quality. I made some tea with it and it came out excellent. I highly recommend this cinnamon.

Cinnamon Sticks
Fun fact. These are Cassia Cinnamon sticks which I was not aware are not the same as I normally get from the store. lol So I thought I was ordering just regular cinnamon sticks which are classified as Ceylon. I have since googled and found out that Cassia cinnamon has a stronger, spicy, and slightly bitter flavor while Ceylon is more sweet and floral. So, I will be using these to make curry and other meat recipes instead of cake or ice cream. LOL. The bag is super full of nice-sized cinnamon sticks. They came vacuum-sealed and all of them were whole. They’re also organic! Honestly, at $8 I am not mad about my mistake because this is so good quality. I will definitely get these again.

Fragrent and flavorful cinnamon, but please note which varietal it is.
This is a rich and flavorful cinnamon. The sticks are whole and possess a spicieness that is distinctly cinnamon and tastes great in a toddy. It grates easily using a microplane and you receive about 7 sticks. If you plan to grind this cinnamon that will be plenty, however if you plan to use whole sticks it will likely go pretty quickly. This is Cassia Cinnamon, which tends to be much stronger than Ceylon Cinnamon, which is more expensive. This is a cinnamon you will use in applications where you want the person eating it to know they are eating cinnamon. There are also health risks if you consume a lot of it on a regular basis. All in all this is a great example of Cassia Cinnamon.

Flavorful and Fresh
Cinnamon is one of my favorite spices because it has a bold and rich aroma and it enhances the taste of food so much. This is a small bag of cinnamon sticks which is sealed well and all the sticks were big and I did not find any tiny or broken pieces. The sticks are nice brown color just like the fresh cinnamon barks and have a lovely aroma. I just used a few sticks to make my regular spice mix powder that I use in curries and it added a right kick to the powder. I also add a pinch to my herbal tea and other drinks. Cinnamon is not used in larger quantities so this bag will last me a few months for sure.

High quality organic cinnamon sticks
I love cinnamon. I use it mostly for teas and desserts. I like my cinnamon super strong, and these Spice Profile USDA Organic Cassia Cinnamon Sticks fit the bill. When you open the bag, you are greeted by a wonderful strong cinnamon aroma. Adding a few shavings of this cinnamon to a bowl of milk rice makes the perfect cinnamony desert. The cinnamon sticks are nice and big and in good shape. There's hardly any debris at the bottom of the package. The Best Before date is a year and a half in the future, but this little bag won't last that long in our house.
