YOGU Resistance Bands Sets

I have been meaning to get some exercise bands for awhile. Filtering through the many "private label" folks out there packaging exercise bands, I settled on the Yogu bands because their ads stated that their bands would hold up unlike others that would snap after moderate use. The verdict? The bands are indeed sturdy. I have been enjoying exercising with them. I use the loop bands for exercising my feet, thighs, calves, shins. I use the straight bands for exercising feet, back, chest, arms. I suggest the following improvements:1. Color coding - make the color coding on the band thickness consistent across all your products. On the loops, the colors are (lightest to heaviest) red, black, purple, blue, green. On the bands, the colors are (lightest to heaviest) green, blue, purple, black, red.2. Resistance indicator - add a notation indicating the band resistance. The loops have the resistance indicator. The bands do not.3. Flat band length - I often like to do two arm exercises such as shoulder raises and bicep curls. The bands are 5" long so I cannot do two armed exercises with the band secured under my foot. It would be nice if longer band options existed such as 7 foot.

I spend a lot of time at my desk, for work. I bought these and wrapped them around my chair and will do some toning through out the day. I also bought a little peddler to place under my desk. it's nice to have easy access to some movement while I work. These bands are sturdy and being able to clip them together is very nice. I would have liked them to be a little shorter, but wrapping them a couple of times has worked well enough.

The handle broke while I was using it! This item didn't even last a year..very disappointed..look elsewhere.Update 0 stars the band broke while I was using it! Defective ..the company has not reached back to refund or replace

Pretty good set. Bands are good quality, so are the handles. If you want to use the door anchor you will have to improvise your own, the door anchor that comes with it is too small and doesn’t work.

I was looking for resistance to help add to my workout to develop my legs and re-develop and stretch my foot/calf after serious surgery. I was pleasantly surprised with this four-pack and its handy bag, which makes stowing these very convenient. They are high quality and at the one of the lowest prices I could find online. I would definitely use this seller again and I would also purchase this product as a gift, or even a second set so my daughter can have her own. I highly recommend.

These bands are durable and they worked exactly as they were meant to work. Other brands are flimsy and break, but these have stood the test of time; I've been using the for physical therapy for nearly 2-months. The only change I would make to the product would be to include the strength level on each one, but it was easy enough to print out the color band chart and keep it with the bands.

Overall the resistance bands are fine, however, the door mount and handles seem to be pretty weak and the stitching tears easily. I have managed to break the handle by doing some simple workouts like bicep curls with the 10 and 25lb bands on. Frustrating because since they are stackable, they should be able to withstand force much greater than just 35lbs. For the price, the bands are just ok, if handles and wall mount didn't easily break, the price would be good, however this is not the case. Disappointed in this purchase!

Very happy with bands. Worth the price. Fyi if your from Canada we have a 30$ import charge.
