Just received the item last May 29, 2025. June 10, 2025 malfunctioned and its not accepting the code. How can I detach the lock? Help!

Broken parts
Be careful when ordering this as a security measure for your bike. Its metal part could be easily broken, as it happened to me. The good news is that the seller replaced the broken item immediately.

Third day it was with me broke on my way back home from school. I put the proper password and it didn’t work needed to break it just to get to use my bike.
