I’ve been taking the Quantum Health Macula 30+ Eye Health Supplement for a couple of months now, and I can honestly say it’s made a difference. As someone who spends hours working on a computer daily, I was concerned about eye strain and maintaining long-term vision health. What I also appreciate is that the capsules are easy to swallow, and there’s no aftertaste.

I have the very beginning of AMD but Preservision’s zinc level tears up my stomach and I can’t wait till after breakfast to take them because it’s not my routine.These are the same formula but less zinc. No problem for my tummy to take them first thing before breakfast.

It'll be a little while before my next eye exam but I could say that this supplement does help my vision. I hadn't had any macula problems at my last eye exam and I thought I'd take the extra precaution with this supplement. I plan on continuing taking this also unless my doctor tells me it's not necessary. But I think it will be, especially as I age. Worth a try if you think you'll need extra macula protection.
