Good pronounced aroma and assertive flavor so it doesn't disappear when used as a component of sauces and dressings. If tartufo is your thing, this is definitely a worthy stand-in. Not greasy, well balanced and very economical. Great value all around.

I was disappointed that it is just olive oil with flavoring. Not true truffle oil.

You cannot go wrong with this brand as it has awesome flavor. I use to flavor zucchini squash and other meals. Absolutely yummy!
