This Works!!!
The husband has a persistent dry cough due to nasal drainage. Drives me crazy. He squirted 2 pumps and within 5 minutes he purged a ton of snot. That was 4 hours ago and he has not coughed one time. Praise the Lord. This stuff works. Pricey and bad taste but it delivers on it’s promises.

Game Changer
My seasonal allergies seem to get worse every year. I read that this is better for nose related allergy symptoms than your normal OTC allergy pill. My review is based off of relief of having a very stuffy nose. There are a lot of negative reviews about side effects and having a bitter taste in the mouth after using the spray. It is extremely important to follow the instructions on how to use this spray, and better yet, check out their videos. If you take this standing in a regular position with the nozzle point up into your nose you’re gonna have a bad time. The first time I used this product I did not read the instructions and I did have a bad time via bitter taste, sinus headache, and scant bloody noses. After regrouping for a couple days I tried this medication with the correct technique. It has worked wonders!!! I use it at night when my nose starts to get stuffy. I usually have relief for a couple of days. I end up using this product at night about 3 times a week.To summarize the technique: stand with your chin on your chest. When you aim the nozzle in your nostril imagine pointing it towards the back of your head not the top, and aim the nozzle slightly out towards the ear. When you spray the medication do NOT breathe in forcefully through your nose. Take tiny puff inhales through your nose. Repeat on the other side. I keep my chin down on my chest for about a minute. Wipe any excess medication the drips out.I have not had an issue with a bitter taste or adverse side effects. I do notice a slightly sweet taste about 15-30min after taking the medicine. More importantly I’m able to prevent mouth breathing at night. This has greatly increased my comfort and reduced my nasal allergy symptoms.

The best so far, BUT
Great results for a family of 4 using this. It works so quickly. If it starts to wear off before 12 hours we take the second daily dose. After years of trying to achieve results with flonase and zyrtec, this actually clears the allergies. We’ve never “tasted” it, like others complain about, because we watched Youtube videos on how to do it properly.“If you taste it you waste it” they say. Start by looking down at your toes, chin to chest, then close one nostril by pressing a finger against it. In your other hand insert the nozzle into your nostril and aim slightly outward, towards your ear. Don’t suck in when you spray it. If it drips down your nostril just let it, and dab with a tissue. You can breathe normally through your nose and notice how it didn’t go into your throat and you don’t taste anything.

Tastes awful but works well
This is awful to take. The taste in the back of my throat almost made me throw up a few times. I think it has helped a bit with my allergies which is nice since I'm already taking a couple different oral antihistamines this allergy season.

A good Product but use sparingly if your nasal tissue is sensitive
Astepro helps sinus s congestion. It can be harsh on sensitive tissue; I can not use it for too many days in a row or it makes my nostrils sore with bleeding.

Allergy relief
A must have for people with allergies. It’s works like a prescription strength without the added risk of steroids

Very effective but horrible after taste.
I usually use Flonase sensimist but decided to try something new as for me Flonase was really only getting me mild results with daily use. Switching to Astepro I noticed quick results, under 30 minutes, and was using one spray per nostril. That’s the benefit of an antihistamine over a steroid. However one huge downside to this product is the awful taste. I found that quickly after spraying, the solution would work its way through my nasal cavity and start to drip into the back of my throat. Blowing my nose did help by removing excess product but once its back that far, for me I can’t remove it completely. The taste is so bad, super bitter. You need something to drink to get it off the bad of your tongue. Water works ok, coffee is better I found. Overall I recommend since for me it’s the best nasal spray, but it’s something I only use when needed due to the taste. Also stacked this product with the generic of Claritin, which I take daily; no issues.

Leaves awful taste in back of throat ×_×
This nose spray drips into the back of my mouth and I cannot stand the taste. I had to throw it away. I hate to waste stuff and leave a bad review, but felt like I should say something. Tried to give it to my Mom, but she had the same problem. The taste stays for a long time :/
