Received the adjustable ladder :)
After reading some reviews I was worried that one as going to receive the ladder with only one step. I hadn't looked through the pictures properly and tried to cancel the order. In the end I cancelled too late but what I actually received was the adjustable ladder I wanted with three steps making it easy for my 5 year old to climb onto the trampoline. Haven't used the tie down kit yet.

Good cover. Ladder is really just for kids

Useless and poor quality
The ladder is flimsy and awkward to use for small and bigger kids and adults. The weight limit of the trampoline can’t be the same as the ladder as it looks like it might break when heavier people use it.Cover doesn’t work if you have the safety net sides so that’s utterly useless. The anchors aren’t ideal for my garden either and hard work!Wouldn’t have bought this has I known - would have returned if I didn’t need a ladder and will buy a better quality one now before this one breaks or causes an accident.Plum is a brand we have quite a few things from and this is the first time we have had an issue with quality.

Not great cover.
The cover disintegrated very quickly and had to be thrown away. The holding down straps are great, no worries in the recent windy weather. The ladder is fine but the steps feel a little flimsy for adult use, I'd say children only on the steps.

Very good
Great quality and value for money. Would recommend this package and it's cheaper than buying it all separately.

Could improve tarpaulin
Good kit one problem is no matter how securely you place the tarpaulin The wind takes it off

Not the best at all really
It all does a job - butThe cover barely covers the trampoline. Covers the tramp itself but not over the edges - so wind still gets under it and blows the edges up as it should have more straps.The stairs, no matter what you do, sit at a funny angle and the steps aren't horizontal to the ground. They work - usable - but not right.The land anchors - the instructions aren't the best. Again - seem to do a job but I still don't trust them. Not massively heavy duty anchors when putting in soft November lawn so I still put some sleepers on the base to ensure the trampoline didn't make an unwanted trip into my windows or next door.As I say, all work but are less than perfect for sure
