Easy to assemble pretty sturdy works for me

Holding up my 100lb punching bag with ease. I was disappointed with the packaging and arrival-condition of stand, but I was able to get it to work. It was easy to assemble. I’m using maybe 20lbs of plates on each prong to stabilize the stand. So far, so good! I like it.

This is a very sturdy heavy bag stand. It was easy to assemble and there weren't many parts to keep track of. I use it frequently. So far there has been no trouble with it. I think in terms of functionality and cost you are not like to find a much better stand out there.

This stand looks nice, it's solid, and it's easy to assemble. You will need to add weights to keep it from moving around as you use it though but that's not a big deal.

We have a 70 lb. heavy bag hanging from it. It is stabile and was easy to put together. My older teen uses it multiple times a week and works great.

Instructions are on the package with the parts on how to assemble it. It just takes time and patience to put it together, approximately 60-90 minutes. It probably would have taken less time if we had power tools. I'll give update on review after a few days of using it to see if it withstands a hundred pound punching bag.
