ISO-200 Sub

I am really impressed with how much of a difference this stand made for my subwoofer. Before I got this my sub would cause a lot of vibrations through the floor which made the bass sound a bit muddy and cluttered up the sound in the rest of the house. As soon as I set the sub on the ISO 200 it was like the bass tightened up immediately and felt much more focused and punchy without the unnecessary rattling. The build quality is excellent and it feels very sturdy and capable of holding my heavy subwoofer with zero issues. The isolation technology actually seems to work exactly as advertised by decoupling the sub from the floor which helps preserve the clarity of the low frequencies. It makes the whole listening experience feel more professional and high quality even at higher volumes. I also really like that it looks clean and understated under the sub. It does not stand out too much or look like a bulky piece of equipment but you can definitely hear that it is there doing its job. The setup was quick and easy and it feels like a very well engineered product that was built to last for a long time. If you are serious about your home theater or studio sound you absolutely need one of these. It is one of those upgrades that you don't realize you need until you hear the difference it makes. I am extremely happy with it and would highly recommend it to any audiophile looking to improve their low end response.

As part of a recent entertainment system refresh, we selected a large open cabinet to place our primary AV equipment. While the Definitive Tech D9 bookshelf speakers we selected were placed on the top of the cabinet (supported by IsoAcoustics Aperta stands - see my separate review of those, but highly recommended) the Definitive Tech CS9060 center we selected presented some different challenges. Specifically, it's both relatively large and would impact visibility of the wall-mounted TV if placed on top of the cabinet and it includes a dedicated subwoofer for enhanced performance (it's a fantastic center!). To mitigate this we wanted to place the speaker in the cabinet, but it was going to be too low (and far from the screen) for optimal placement (approximately at the listener's ear height), and I had concerns with reverb and other unwanted sound (e.g., echo, cabinet vibration, etc.) issues. As I was researching the IsoAcoustics Aperta stands for the D9's, I discovered this ISO 200SUB subwoofer stand and it looked like a perfect match to help solve our challenges. As soon as it arrived and I placed the CS9060 on the stand it was clear it was exactly what we needed. Along with some hidden audio acoustic panels inside the cabinet and the combination of IsoAcoustics stands the audio performance has been spot-on - we have zero unwanted audio impacts. The additional height provided by the IsoAcoustics ISO 200SUB stand also resolved the challenge of placement in the cabinet and the center is now at a more optimal ear-height and we have clear view of the wall-mounted TV. Overall, we couldn't be happier. This is a great performing product when used in combination with other components and the fact that it looks very high-end and professional (and matches the IsoAcoustics Aperta stands) makes it a complete win. Highly recommended.

works great, bass sounds clearer and tight, and there is less vibration felt through the floor versus using an iso pad. setup is simple and quick. material feels sturdy. looks great and does not take up a lot of space, completely stable with the speaker on it. am using with an LG SK5Y sub which is on the slimmer side but fits well on this iso stand.

Designed for subs....I have old school bookshelf speakers. These are reasonably priced very easy to assemble and get the speakers off of the floor. Most speaker stands available are made for the smaller modern speakers and useless for my needs...these are just right.

Does an outstanding job of isolating my sub woofer from the floor. Cleans up the sound and sharpens the bass response as well as eliminating the vibration/thumping in the other rooms.

If it was $10-15 cheaper it would be 5 stars. I only have a cheap subwoofer I got from Goodwill and I could tell it was by how diffused the bass was even when pumped up. It sat on a concrete floor and could be heard throughout the house if it was above 50% volume. As soon as I put it on this stand, even this cheap subwoofer was sounding really clear! I was able to bump the volume up to 75% without it becoming a problem for the rest of the house. This is a great addition, particularly if you are having issues with clarity and/or the rest of the house feeling the bass. It is really easy to put together, and ignore anyone talking about cheap material, it is quality plastic with rubber on any surface that is touching either the sub or the floor, with thick metal pipes that fit between the two plastic pieces. Seriously try it. As much as other want it cheaper, this pretty cheap compared to everything else you would buy for a home theatre or music listening setup.

Excellent Item the subwoofer 'sits' nicely and solidly on the stand and ensures that the soul does not resonate into the floor and therefore cuts out floor vibration. Easy to assemble and great piece of kit for a Home Theatre or a living room.

This fits my Polk psw10 just right. A little small on the dimensions. Not the best on carpet. Just put it on there. It will settle. It’s well made. A little pricey. I have not tried it with the sub on. Should be better off the carpet

It's the first time I use something like this for a subwoofer and I'm very pleasantly surprised to find that it has a significant effect. It raises the sub about 10 cm from the ground and provides a sturdy base for it to sit on, which, if combined with not placing it straight in a corner or very close to any wall, reduces the impact of the sub on the walls of the room by a lot. This is great not only for the overall quality of the sound, but also for the fact that other rooms/neighbors adjacent to your own walls will not get hit as hard by your sub. A very necessary addition to any sound system setup with a sub, in my opinion. The stand is not very big, but probably works with most subs, especially the square ones. I use it with the sub from a Samsung Q990C system, which is not square, but still sits well on the stand. Very pleased with the product.

Siempre de los siempre hay que tener el subwoofer desacoplado, facilita la ecualización, evita reverberaciones no deseadas y no molestas (tanto) a los demás fuera de tu habitación o casa, me decidí por esta base porque es enteramente de plástico y metal, como mi piso no tiene alfombra de repente se puede derramar algún líquido y en una base de esas de tela y espuma creo yo se pueden estropear, aunque sea estéticamente
