PS.: I use a slim external 10.000 mAh for around uninterrupted 6-7h of operation at full fan speed and cooling capacity (16 degrees C). That is basically a full day. It takes almost a few hours to charge up to full battery, and can last at full cooling with low fans for 7 hours or max fans at 2.5 hours. It doesn't weigh much at all, and doesn't feel bulky or heavy on your neck, it's actually fairly comfortable to wear. This isn't my first neck fan I've tried, but is the first one I'll be keeping and using often. I can't recommend this device enough, I know it's on the high end of neck fan devices but you pay for what you get, and if you want the best, look no further. It also has heating capability but I have not tried this function and likely won't, as being cold is never really an issue for me.

Very good neck A/C! It definitely makes me feel very cool. Love the AI function on the Ranvoo app. You can actually feel it adjusting to your set temperature against the ambient temperature. I work in a plant that paints steel coils and it can get up to 100 degrees Fahrenheit easily! Depending on how hot it is outside. I may sweat a little bit but when I look at my other coworkers they are all red and dripping sweat. I like how the charging cable is in the front so it doesn’t rub on your neck. It’s a little awkward with a hard hat on to look up but I’ve adjusted. I’d rather be cool and comfortable. The speed and power of the fans is really nice! You can definitely feel it around your head and down your back if it’s not windy. So the device is pretty durable but a fall from the neck probably wouldn’t be good. Speaking of that one of my biggest complaints is that it doesn’t come with a protective case! I mean it’s well over $200 Ranvoo should make a nice hard case to protect it. One other complaint is that its battery is measured by blocks like the old school flip phones. I think a percentage meter would be a lot better. The battery life at max lasted me about 2.5-3hrs. So you definitely want to get a decent sized power bank. I use a 42,800mha bank and it gets me through for about 12 hours. So I’d give it a 4.6 because no case for the price I think it’s really cheap for Ranvoo to do for paying over $200 for a device that probably would get messed up if it fell off your neck. I also have a TORRAS Coolify 2/S and it came with a very nice case and it was $160. It’s an awesome device but not so effective once it hits 90. Oh and if you have a small neck probably wouldn’t fit well. So to wrap it up it’s an awesome device that does as advertised with just a few complaints that Ranvoo could easily fix.

Now while it was working, it was pretty amazing. If you are doing something physical, in the heat, you can certainly outpace the cooling. But the second you take a break you can feel the cooling plates drawing heat straight off of your neck, pulling you temperature back down. Plus the fans are blowing a nice breeze behind your ears and down your back. The battery was good for about 4 hours at medium cool but you can hook it up to a small power bank and keep it going, due to the pass through charging. While it did not hold up well, the performance exceeded my expectations. But do get the extended warranty. I'm not sure if that only covers a single replacement or if they would swap it out everytime it broke down, but if it's the latter then that warranty is doing a lot of heavy lifting and is worth every penny. I may well order another one myself.
