I take 2 capsules a day! Easy to swallow, Supports natural energy without stimulants. Rich in vitamins A, C, E, calcium, potassium, iron, and plant protein. Good quality good value for your buck. This is my 2nd bottle.

Impressed
I have only been taking this one week and am so impressed. The first thing I noticed was reduced overall inflammation. The second was much improved, deeper sleep with vivid dreams. After that came incredibly soft skin. All that in one week! I am 4 months postpartum and nursing but have not noticed any significant changes in supply, though thats not what I was taking it for. If anything changes I'll come back for an update

Good for energy, but not a lactation booster
I've been taking this moringa supplement for about three weeks. I originally bought it hoping it would help increase my milk supply, but that was my mistake—the product description focuses on energy and general wellness, not breastfeeding, and I completely overlooked that. As expected, it didn’t make any noticeable difference in my milk production. That said, I have genuinely felt more energetic and less sluggish since I started taking it, which was a pleasant surprise and the main reason I'm giving it four stars. The capsules are easy to take and didn’t upset my stomach. One downside: the plastic screw-on lid cracked during normal use, so the bottle no longer seals properly. The product itself seems good, but the packaging could definitely be sturdier. Overall, great if you're looking for an energy boost—not the right choice if you're specifically looking for lactation support.

I clearly need miringa in my life.
I realized I felt results the end of my first day when I was still planning on what I should do next and I still felt capable of doing more that day. Now, I usually am ready for bed by 4 or 5 in the afternoon. I expect more health results, but feeling free of exhaustion, well now that was nice in my book. I'm happy if that's the only result.
