I am grateful that my purchased product arrived without (visible) damages. That was my biggest concern after having read some customer’s previous reviews of having cracks. I also appreciated the assembly instructions that came with it. Lastly, assembly was without any major problems. Pre-drilled holes and bolt threads aligned well. A rubber mallet was used to set the base platform in between the base frame, as it was too snug to fit even with the base frame’s bolts being loosened. My question is how do I take advantage of the Life-time warranty? Do I need to register my purchase, or is it already on Augustapro’s records?

The pieces of the base were not the correct size and has to be shaved down to fit together. Also, the body came with a large Crack. My husband is still happy with it and that's what matters.

some parts is big need cut to be able install and one of the screws loose need replace and when you cut the wood need re paint or leave as is so the the shape will be not perfects .. finally you need to be good handy man with fully tools and then order this item..

I've been in martial arts 35 years, this free standing dummy is by far the most stable free stander I have ever used, it is beautifully finished, very sturdy, and came packaged very well without a scratch. I was a tad concerned when it was off balance while putting it together, but the leg made it very stable, This is idea for anyone that wants a piece of art they can beat the crap out of. I have been working out with it for hours and the action in the arms is flawless. This is one of the nicest wooden dummies I have used. No assembly instructions, but it didn't matter it went together very quick and easy based on the amazon pics (although simple single page instructions would have been nice, i did end up with a few extra hardware pieces, not sure what they were for).

When the wooden dummy arrived the leg was split in half.

I've been very happy with this wooden dummy. The company went above and beyond as far as shipping (military overseas). My only issue or problem is that the dummy isn't one solid piece so there have been a few cracks/splits already. They've been dealt with but I wasn't expecting that to start so quickly.

Great quality body for the wooden dummy except. The worst is that it slides too much with the sucker bottom. I’m thinking of bolting it start through the metal plank it’s resting on. Also, it should have more weight at the base. The hard wood trunk body is bolted into a hollow metal base. On the plus side, it is very nice looking wooden dummy and can take beginner level students and the wooden arm and leg pegs are of good quality.
