These thumbcaps fit perfectly on the "special" dualsense edge pro controllers for the ps5. Like it clearly says in the product descriptions and product title, they are designed to fit on the fancy, expensive, pro ps5 controllers only. They will not fit on a normal dualsense ps5 controller like the one that comes included with the ps5 console when you first purchase it. If you arent sure if you have the special "edge" controller or not, you probably do NOT have one. They do not come included with the ps5 console, they usually have to be specially ordered because places like Game Stop, Walmart, and target never EVER have them in stock, and they are double the price of the already expensive standard ps5 dualsense controller.I have 4 kids, and for christmas this year we ended up buying our 2nd ps5 console to try to cut down on 4 kids forever fighting over whose turn it is to play fortnite all day everyday, and of course they also each need their own contollers. My youngest son fancies himself a "gamer" and NEEDED the pro edge controller for fortnite and call of duty. It was over $200 ON SALE. So we have a total of 6 ps5 controllers in our house. 2 of them are the standard dualsense ps5 all white controllers that came included with each of the ps5 consoles, 3 of them are also just standard ps5 dualsense controllers that we bought separately for anywhere between $89-$129 a piece, and the last one is my sons $200 pro edge controller. These thumbcaps will not fit onto any of our 5 standard dualsense controllers, they only fit onto my sons fancy controller. We definitely tried snapping all of them onto all 6 of the controllers, all 6 of the different thumbcaps.With the ps5 edge controller you do have to first remove the caps that come already pre-installed onto the sticks, and it does take a fair amount of strength to do so. I definitely stopped at first because I didn't want to break my sons fancy $200 controller, but after watching a few YouTube videos showing how it's done I was confident that I wasn't going to break the controller, I used some force, and the caps popped off and these new ones snapped right in easily. This product comes with 2 taller white caps, red caps, and black caps. After switching them all out several times the black caps for some reason are really easy to just snap on and off, where the red ones you have to kind of fiddle with the placement of the joystick and make sure the cap is aligned perfectly with the little stick when you snap it on. These taller white ones though, they are a little trickier for some reason. If the stick isn't perfectly straight while your trying to press down on the cap, if the cap isn't perfectly lined up with the stick, then they don't want to snap on. Or they half snap on, and are off center and slightly tilted to one side causing major stick drift. The white ones definitely took a few attempts before I got them to snap on straight, but they do work and they do fit perfectly if you can snap them on the right way.My son is really happy with them, so that means so am I. They truly do just snap on where you do not need any tools. If your struggling getting them to snapon correctly, definitely go watch a couple videos on how to do it the right way. You would think it's a pretty straight forward process, but I definitely struggled at first until I watched a couple short videos of other people showing off how they do it. Once you get the hang of it, it's fast and easy to swap out the different caps.

These caps for the PS5 Dualsense Edge Controller (please note, they are specific to this controller, and not the regular PS5 controller) are getting a lot of use in our home. The color is nice. They genuinely look cool and add a nice personalized touch to the controller. Beyond aesthetics, the fit is absolutely perfect – they slide on snugly and securely without any wobbling, which is crucial for intense gaming sessions (I think..?). They also feel incredibly durable, my spouse says, and they're clearly designed to withstand the rigorous demands of serious gameplay. My game-playing spouse has been putting them through their paces non-stop, and they've shown no signs of wear or slippage, maintaining their grip, comfort, and performance consistently. I'd say these thumbstick caps are a really nice upgrade. They really do stand up to a lot of work and deliver on all fronts.

Look nice, feel nice BUT don’t fit very well on my dual sense edge. The red and white ones don’t at least. The black caps are a better fit like actually “click” in like normal.

These look and feel like they’re hood quality. Unfortunately, I hadn’t known Sony had changed the design of their controllers. These caps are for the newer versions such as Edge, not for my original PS5 controllers which require different joysticks and also disassembling the controller.I can’t use these caps, but as long as they’d fit yours, I can say they feel like a quality part.

A nice little set of thumbstick replacements for the dualsense edge. They lock in just like the original sticks and come in two heights with the white ones being tall and the black and red set being short like the original sticks. The rubber seems high quality and all of them provide some level of grip improvement, even the black ones have a raised and extended rubber edge to add a little extra grip to the original stick design. This set seems like a great value for the money.
