Nomad USA Motorcycle Leather jacket for Men

This jacket performed flawlessly! My son was in an accident at 45mph and slid 100ft across the pavement, over a curb, through iceplant and crashed into a light pole - not one scratch on him. The jacket did not rip or tear and he was saved from painful road rash.Safety gear is a must-have. We would buy this jacket again but, since it's in perfect shape we don't need to.

LISTEN . These run HUGE , I don’t care what the other reviews say. This medium is advertised to fit a 38-40 , but could VERY VERY easily fit a 42-44. Without a doubt. With two layers underneath this I can see how it might fit. But unless you planning on battling the Arctic’s , go down a size. Seller says the small and mediums run big , probably the large as well. GO DOWN A SIZE (S,M,L anyways) unless you are planning on looking like a parachute.

Although this is a great jacket for the price, the photos in the advertisement are incorrect. 1) The quilted liner is not detachable as pictured. 2) There aren't two zippered pockets on the inside of the quilted liner as shown. 3) There aren't as many pockets as the X-Ray shows. 4) The "HEADPHONE WIRE SYSTEM" is non-existent. 5) The jacket has a seam running vertically along the spine of the jacket, unlike the one in the photo.It is still a great jacket for the price...

I was in need of a new motorcycle jacket for cold weather as I started riding again.My old gear didn't fit anymore and I didn't have a lot of cash this time around.While shopping around online I finally happened on this jacket.I have a large 55" chest and the 3XL fit me perfectly.The sleeve is a little long as I sized up but while sitting on my bike with the sleeve zipped and a wear a glove it works for me .The jacket zips close all the way up to my fat 22" neck.I have enough room to wear a thick sweater underneath.At some point I may have the sleeve taken in.I found the stitching and leather to be of adequate quality.This jacket includes 2 inside pockets along with lined outside pockets.Great deal, great value...

My jacket arrived in a decent amount of time, and I'm fairly happy with my purchase. When I opened the package, the first thing I noticed is it wasn't a "Nomad USA" brand jacket. Instead, the tagging says Viking Cycle. Honestly, I didn't buy this jacket for the brand, so I don't really care. I have read other reviews stating the leather is fake or crappy, but honestly it's a nice cowhide leather. Maybe not the best leather, but for an $80 jacket made in Pakistan, what do you expect? The zippers and buttons are not quite as heavy duty as you'll find on a higher end jacket, but they're not flimsy, either.My only real gripe about the jacket is the sizing. I'm 6'4 with a 46-48 chest, and after reading the reviews on Amazon, I opted for a 2XL instead of an XL fearing it would be too tight. The result is a jacket that fits pretty perfectly in length/arms (I have really long arms so I was happy the sleeves actually came to my wrist) but the width in the torso and under the arms is a little too big. I personally think motorcycle jackets should be tight. I feel like that's a sacrifice you make buying L-XL-2XL, etc jackets instead of say a 48.Regardless, it's a nice jacket for the price and I'll wear it happily until I can afford a real Perfecto from Schott (someday).

I like it very much but it appeared a problem. Next to the front lower pocket it's starting to break apart. I will make a photo. I hope it will not spread. I wear it only for 3 days. Seems like real leather but not strong enough. Maybe I shouldn't buy it. I was wondering between this Nomad and Milwaukee leather. Now I have to leave USA and I can't returne it.

Loving it! I had to replace my old Wilson XL MC jacket, which the lining and pockets pulled outa few years ago, and it's wearable but the lining wasn't worth replacing (costs $80!). So, I neededa new real leather, MC jacket. I got the XL and it fits precisely! Good quality leather, comfy, lining issolid, and it's a real MC jacket. I would say it's worthy for riding, or just wearing out and about forany purpose. It looks swank, is comfortable, and has enough pockets as any standard Wilson orother MC jacket, two inside, one breast, change, and two side zippered pockets. For the money,this is serious deal. I've only worn it a few times thus far, since it got warm since it arrived,but it's fantastic. It fits on me, right up to the hip or just above, so it's close to the photo,and that means it's not too low or hanging on ya.

Ordered Large because that’s my size. I’m 5’6, 180lb. The leather was great but too stiff. Would take years to break in. Sleeves were too long and the cuff adjustment didn’t help. Felt like a kid trying dad’s coat. The shoulders were too big. Felt like I was wearing football shoulder pads. I returned and got my full refund within 40 mins. or so. If I had exchanged for Medium it would have been too tight. If I had exchanged for XL it would have been too huge. I’m dissapointed that my actual size did not fit good at all. I’m giving it 3 stars just for the fit. Not quality. That would be a 5 star.
