I’m trying to eat healthier as I battle the symptoms of perimenopause… the weight gain, anxiety, high cholesterol. My doctor told me I needed to eat foods rich with Omega 3. I’m a picky eater and didn’t the food he recommended wasn’t anything that I cared for.I was thankful that these were orange flavored and tasted almost like a gummy jelly bean. They were very reasonable for a 3 month supply. I can’t wait to see how much better I feel in another week. I’m very impressed with how much better I already feel.

the ingredients state 200 mg omega 3 but but in the break down it states 550 mg EPA and 400 mg DHA which would make it 950 mg omega 3 so i really dont know how much is in it.There is definitely omega 3 because there is a faint fish taste to the gummies and i despise fish (lol)If you have problems swallowing pills this is a great option though.
