This is an extremely handy thing for working up side dishes and other small volume cooking. And when they say "non-stick", they mean "NON-STICK!"

Love that pan is nonstick and it can go in the dishwasher. I use it all the time to make omelets and hamburgers.

Sturdy small nonstick frypan
This frying pan is fairly small, but it's well-made, sturdy, cooks well, and has a nonstick coating. As with all coated pans, I expect that metal utensils might likely scratch the coating - there's nothing unusually delicate about this coating, it seems as good quality as other coated pans, that's just the way the coatings nearly always are, so you should use either wooden or plastic utensils with it. Oddly, the coating is a bit rough to the texture, which you'd think would make it more difficult to clean, but we didn't actually have any problems with that so it's fine.We used it with a gas stove which spreads the heat better than an electric stove. It cooked evenly and well for us anyway.The handle is all metal - there is no wood or silicone part to provide insulation, so you may want to use a potholder in some circumstances. The handle didn't get too hot to lift the pan when we used it for cooking eggs, but you might very well require a potholder if you cook something that takes a lot longer.The price is maybe slightly on the high side for such a small pan, but the quality is good, and I'm glad to have it.

might work really well on induction stove top
But is not great on a gas stove. There is a slight concavity to the pan bottom which causes problems cooking a fried egg. the egg slides to the side and spread out along the edge. And the sharp edge between bottom and side also doesn't work well on a gas burner.Seems well made.

Absolutely the reviews on the internet are correct. Better than even more expensive brands
I'm so glad I bought this, my previous one was lighter and could easily tip. This is obviously heavier and a nice base so it sits flat on the stove. I use mine every single morning for breakfast and after a few months I still think it's terrific.
