A pleasure to use this saw
Setup is fast and easy and operation is intuitive. I immediately added a shop-built mobile cabinet base so the operator can be seated comfortably. Since more expensive versions of this saw come with a foot switch, I also added an after-market push-on-push-off foot switch, and I am happy with the result. I had used an OLD Dremel scroll saw for years and was wary of the plain-end blades when I finally decided to get a new saw. But after one session using this saw I had acquired the muscle memory I needed to move the blade to the next pre-drilled hole without any fumbling. The saw is very well made with a thick steel frame, a nice finish and ergonomic controls. An afterword on the foot switch: Scroll sawyers mention online that the built-in switch on these saws (any brand) can wear out from constant use in pierced cutting. A $12 foot switch makes any job easier and is cheaper and easier to replace than an OEM on-board switch.

Pros: Very quiet and smooth operation. Looks almost identicle to the JET modle for less money. I would recomend this.Cons: No manual came with it. Had to search on line for a Blog to find out how to adjust the travel of the blade front to back. People that sell this didn't eaven know how to adjust this.
