So far it works well. Reduces your resolution, but good for well lit situations where you need a little more covert recording, or to reduce what you wear on your uniform, vest, etc.

Camera lens is awesome!!! Picks up audio pretty damn well and the video quality is astounding when paired with the MIUFLY body camera! Definitely love wearing this on my vest while working!

This camera is great when you have a big pocket to put the actual camera in. The only issue I have and why I've had to buy so many is because the plug in to the camera ALWAYS bends and deems unusable. I think it would be better if they used the L-shaped plug or put the port on top or bottom of the camera instead of the side. Or even better, make one that connects without a cord, like we do with our wireless mouse and keyboards.

Works great for my purpose. If you have to go to supervised visitation, you should be recording it from your perspective. Supervisors are overworked and underpaid, they don’t want to be there and will do everything they can to get what is in their best interest even if they have to lie to get it. Protect yourself and your family with this auxiliary camera lens for your body cam.The only con is the video resolution is fixed and not as good as the main camera. If the manufacturers would fix this , it would be awesome.

Stay away from this product unless you don't mind the mini usb breaking within the first few uses. I always wear the camera unit on my belt and plug the auxiliary lens into the main unit. After the first couple of uses the usb end on the auxiliary lens snapped off. Apparently it's not made well enough to handle brushing up against the car seat when you are getting in/out of the car, which means you have to remember to unplug it from the main unit every time before you get in or out of the car. That's not the least bit practical in my profession. Spend your money on a better built product. This one is junk. Plus the overall video quality suffers when using this unit. When I first got it I tried the main camera without it and the video was awesome. Then I plugged in the auxiliary lens and the video quality suffered quite a bit. Definitely not a well made product.

It's a great little add-on and cheap insurance for the Miufly main body.I found the main camera was a bit easy to grab hold of and could be lost/removed easily too. Now, I have the main unit zipped up in my jacket pocket. If anyone wants to grab anything, they'll only be able to grab the aux camera. Even if they destroy the aux camera, the footage is nice and safe on the main body. Much cheaper to replace the aux camera than the main body.The only issues I have are;1/ clarity at a distance of more than 15 feet isn't great because the pixel count drops dramatically from what the main body can do.2/ it does not use a normal Mini-USB (It's sort of a cross between the mini and c) so getting an extension or right-angle connection might be difficult. If anyone know what the connection is or knows where I can get a right-angle adaptor from, please let me know.3/ it would be nice if the button on the Aux could be used to turn the main body on In the same way as the record button does on the main body (hold for 5 seconds and the main body turns on and starts instant recording).

Nice add-on for your body camera I use it sometimes and sometimes I use just the body cam. But if you want a small camera on your lapel this is nice would buy again works great.
