These multivitamins are perfectly chewable which makes them very easy to take on a daily basis. They taste great unlike many other multivitamins, so I actually looks forward to taking them. If they were candy I'd eat them all day. The daily recommended is two a day, and you can take them at any point of the day, I usually take them in the morning when I skip breakfast and sometimes in addition to a light breakfast. Because they're chewable, you don't need to drink a glass of water with them, though I would recommend doing so anyways. A little over a months supply at 2 chewables a day. Great multivitamin to take at any age, and for any level of health. One A Day is a trusted brand and I'm a loyal consumer of their multivitamins.

This was exactly what I expected in a short few days. Will reorder when near the end. As for the vitamins, I've taken these vitamins for several years. The flavor is good. I've always trusted 1-A-Day and assume they are doing their job, as far as vitamins go.

Ordered these gummy vitamins and went to open them today and as soon as I did it made a really loud pop. Wasn’t expecting that, though for a second they blew up in my hands. Never had that happen before and I’ve bought these many times. Tasted one of them and it tasted fresh but wow that wasn’t what I was expecting from opening them.

Super easy to chew, flavor is good too. Great for me because I hate swallowing tablets. I've been taking them for a few years now and think they really help. I don't get common colds anymore during the winter, that's been the biggest thing I've noticed.

These keep my husband healthy! They taste great! They don't cause your stomach to hurt if you eat them on an empty stomach. They're like a treat after breakfast! They are like 10 calories of gummy goodness.

i was skeptical at first but i love taking these. taste great and if you have even little bit of food you can take these and it wont give you any stomach issues.
