Is this really a Vivitar cam or a knock off??
The camera shoots "ok" video as long as you can shoot before the battery dies in less than 10 minutes. Good luck finding a spare. I went on Vivitars web site and this model isn't even listed, nor is the battery. That's the reason for the question. Even Amazon does not have replacement batteries. Guess I'll return it.

This is my daughter's (10 yrs) first video camera. It works good, easy for her to figure out and use, she loves it

sound low, color poor,
When playing on TV picture doesn't show on camera screen. Color poor, Tourquoise shows up as blue. No way to increase sound on camera. Everytime you stop you have to restart again.
