Helps to slim. sides a bit uncomfortable, But your being sucked in so its supposed to fit and pull in. It inspires me to help the clincher work. Start to wear it a couple hours a day as it takes some getting used to. Try to breathe normally and even try wearing it during work outs. watching what u eat help too .

If you take the correct measurements it fits like it should. The sides are a bit uncomfortable, so you have to move it around a few times a day, but it does a great job of sucking you in. Leaves some back fat, so be aware of the clothes you wear when in it. It is worth the price however if you are just beginning or if you need an extra waist trainer. Go for it, great price.

More of a device to stop breathing than an actual corset. If you are looking fir a waist shaper, look elsewhere. It's tricky to keep the hooks fastened all the way down.

Just received it, sooner than expected. Its nice. Im a comfortable size 16 or 36 inch waist. I ordered the XXXL after reading a couple of reviews. It was still a workout putting it on but surprisingly comfortable. Only thing is I wish it would of been 3 inches longer so it could fit me like model in picture. I am 5'7. It will b just right for the shorties

The reason why I didn't give it more stars is because after two uses it had stretched quiet a bit then the bonning started to bend. I did use it all day at work, and I do stand about 3/4 of my 6hr job. I needed the support for my back. I am 5'2" 132lbs if that helps anyone. if you need belly control and back support maybe try a stronger fabric slimmer

I chose the right size but the under wiring pressed against my upper thighs causing discomfort and pain. It also pressed against the right side of my back. I would constantly pull the corset either up or down to relieve the pain. This is similar to when a bra's under wire presses against your body causing discomfort. I decided to return it.

Was looking for a waist trainer and this was the wrong item. the picture looked different but They gave me a good deal on it after NNoticing i had the wrong item

Way too small. I am normally really good about ordering correct sizes online. I read all reviews saying go a size larger. I went 2 sizes larger and its still too small. It buttons, but its so tight I literally cannot even move. not the "tight" the way it should be.. I am talking WAY too tight. Not happy at all.
