Feature filled security camera at a great price! Packaging is nice and protects all the parts. The camera has a nice, solid feel to it. You can tell this camera is going to last a long time. Setup is a cinch with the included instruction book. It's east to understand and takes you through the whole process. I have not subscribed to the cloud service which will cost extra after the first month which is free. Without it, you won't get motion detection video or photo messages.The video quality is great. The camera has a wide enough viewing area that it easily covers my whole front porch area. Night vision is sufficient. Again, my entire porch area is within the camera's night vision coverage.The app is simple, but works. I've seen better, but I've seen a lot worse. No complaints.I've bought many FREDI products, and I've been happy with all of them. If you have any issues, they respond to emails in a prompt and pleasant manner. I can easily recommend this camera.

Without web interface this camera does not provide sufficient security level of protection. You totally depend on server based somewhere in China and if it goes offline your camera becomes nonoperational.

This could be a decent camera if the bugs are fixed and the tech support can be more helpful.Followed the instructions and reset the camera many times and can see the camera own WiFi doesn’t matter what phone I used. Eventually against all odds smart link worked (not in the instructions). The notification is not reliable, sometimes it worked sometimes it didn’t. The worst was the tech support. It’s almost equal to none. Emailed me back after several days and totally missed the point...so I gave up and sent it back. The only plus note is the outdoor picture/video quality was good, however indoor was not so good, everything looked on heavy blue side.

This camera didn't work. The one time tech support replied to my request, they obviously didn't even read the email. All they said was to press the reset button until the camera beeps, then it will be online. Well, the camera never beeped... I pressed the external and the internal reset buttons, and never received a response. I know some people like the camera, which is why I bought it. It just didn't work correctly. I know the thing was on, because it got warm when powered and the IR sensors turned on in the dark. The reset button just didn't work.

Update: I have since moved and have been unable to hook it back up because it says I need a password which I don’t have and I can’t find the number for customer service to get a new one. If anyone knows how to contact customer service please let me know.I love this little camera, great way to keep an eye on things when I’m gone... I only have one issue I’d like to change and that is the motion detection notifications, you have to keep the app open, if it’s closed then no notifications

Can't get it hook up to WiFi

I bought one of these cameras a few months ago and this is my second purchase of these cameras. The picture quality is very clear and having the notification alert in the app is the best, easy to keep an eye when not home. The system works great, it very easy to set up, Wi-Fi works well, I installed micro SD to records the alarm notifications. Definitely recommended, great value, easy to setup and use, great price.

Never could successfully connect the camera to WiFi. Followed the simple instructions to "reset" the camera by clicking the white button for 10 seconds and then waiting another 30 seconds for reboot. Zero success. It's also cheaply made.

Al poco tiempo empezo a desconectarse de la red wifi y se descofiguraba. Me canse de estarla conectando, así que no la recomiendo.
